Auch im August wuchsen die Einfuhren im Vergleich zum Vorjahresmonat schneller als die Ausfuhren. Dadurch versch\u00e4rfte sich das Ungleichgewicht weiter. Den gr\u00f6\u00dften Anteil am Au\u00dfenhandel hatten Maschinen und Transportmittel. Sie machten mehr als 45 Prozent der Ausfuhren und \u00fcber 36 Prozent der Einfuhren aus. Mehr als 70 Prozent des Warenhandels entfielen sowohl bei den Einfuhren als auch bei den Ausfuhren auf L\u00e4nder der Europ\u00e4ischen Union.<\/p>\n
Der Wirtschaftsexperte Constantin Rudni\u021bchi erkl\u00e4rt die Entwicklung mit den h\u00f6heren Einfuhrwerten bei Kraftstoffen und chemischen Erzeugnissen.<\/p>\n
„Wir haben mehr Waren importiert, die teurer sind. Die Zunahme der Einfuhren geht vor allem auf Erd\u00f6lerzeugnisse und Kraftstoffe zur\u00fcck. Rum\u00e4nien hat aus verschiedenen Gr\u00fcnden mehr Kraftstoffe importiert, wahrscheinlich mit Schwerpunkt August. Hinzu kamen chemische Erzeugnisse. Diese Produkte waren international teurer als letztes Jahr und das hat sich mit Sicherheit in der Handelsbilanz f\u00fcr die ersten acht Monate niedergeschlagen.\u201c<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Doch warum ist das Handelsdefizit \u00fcberhaupt von Bedeutung? Ein hohes Einfuhrvolumen im Verh\u00e4ltnis zu den Ausfuhren zeigt nach Einsch\u00e4tzung von Fachleuten, dass einheimische Produkte Schwierigkeiten haben, sich auf den internationalen M\u00e4rkten oder auch auf dem heimischen Markt gegen ausl\u00e4ndische Waren durchzusetzen.<\/p>\n
Ein dauerhaft hohes Handelsdefizit deutet darauf hin, dass die heimische Produktion nicht ausreichend entwickelt ist. Das Land ist deshalb bei wichtigen G\u00fctern wie chemischen Erzeugnissen, Energie oder Halbfertigwaren auf ausl\u00e4ndische Lieferanten angewiesen.<\/p>\n
Rum\u00e4nien verzeichnet seit Jahren ein Handelsdefizit in zweistelliger Milliardenh\u00f6he. Ein solches dauerhaftes Ungleichgewicht kann unter anderem die Landesw\u00e4hrung unter Druck setzen, die Auslandsverschuldung erh\u00f6hen, Arbeitspl\u00e4tze kosten und die Preise einheimischer Produkte in die H\u00f6he treiben.
