In einem Land, wo der Mindestlohn rund 200 Euro betr\u00e4gt, spricht man \u00fcber Provisionen in H\u00f6he von Millionen f\u00fcr Firmen, die sich mit dem Verkauf von Microsoft-IT-Lizenzen besch\u00e4ftigen. Die Antikorruptionsbeh\u00f6rde hat der Pr\u00e4sidentschaft, dem Bukarester Parlament sowie dem Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament die Aufhebung der parlamentarischen Immunit\u00e4t der neun Ex-Minister abverlangt, damit die strafrechtliche Verfolgung beginnen kann. Die Leitung des Senats und der Abgeodnetenkammer hat schon beschlossen, dass die Mitglieder der juristischen Kommissionen die notwendigen Berichte herausarbeiten sollen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Die Ex-Minister werden der Bestechung, der Geldw\u00e4sche, des Amtsmissbrauchs sowie der Einflussnahme verd\u00e4chtigt. Die Antikorruptionsbeh\u00f6rde bezieht sich besonders auf einen Vertrag f\u00fcr den Kauf von Microsoft-Lizenzen zwischen der Bukarester Regierung und Fujitsu Siemens Computers, einem Unternehmen, das damals der einzige Vertreiber der betreffenden Produkte war. Das Unternehmen soll beg\u00fcnstigt worden sein. Die Zeugen erkl\u00e4ren im Bericht der Antikorruptionsbeh\u00f6rde, der der Legislative eingereicht wurde, wie der Kreislauf der zig Millionen Euro verlief, die einige Regierungsmitglieder im Zeitraum 2001-2012 und bestimmte Gesch\u00e4ftsleute als Vermittler der Transaktion in Form von Provisionen kassiert haben. Einer dieser Gesch\u00e4ftsleute ist der Ex-Ehemann von Elena Udrea, Kandidatin f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4sidentschaft Rum\u00e4niens. Die Journalisten forderten sie auf, die Situation zu kommentieren. Doch Udrea antwortete, sie sollen sich direkt an ihren Ex-Ehemann wenden.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><span style=font-size: 13px; line-height: 1.6em;>Im Bericht wird auch  der Name des sozialdemokratischen Premiers Victor Ponta, der ebenfalls f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4sidentschaft Rum\u00e4niens kandidiert, erw\u00e4hnt. Laut Zeugen habe man sich von Ponta im Jahr 2004, als er Chef des Kontrollkorps der Regierung war, den Segen erteilen lassen, damit Fujitsu Siemens Computers einen IT-Lizenz-Vertrag mit dem Bildungsministerium erh\u00e4lt. Der rum\u00e4nische Ministerpr\u00e4sident bestritt, dass er in irgendeiner Weise in der Aff\u00e4re verwickelt gewesen sei. Er sei aber bereit, auf die Fragen der Staatsanw\u00e4lte zu antworten. Die Antikorruptionsbeh\u00f6rde DNA hat erkl\u00e4rt, der Premier Victor Ponta sei in diesem Fall kein Tatverd\u00e4chtiger oder Beschuldigter. Die Liberalen, Ex-Regierungspartner der Sozialdemokraten, meinen, der Regierungschef sei ein Hauptspieler in diesem riesigen Skandal und fordern seinen Ausstieg aus dem Pr\u00e4sidentschaftsrennen. Die Sozialdemokratische Partei spricht aber von Desinformation und L\u00fcgen kurz vor dem Wahlkampf.
