August zusammen, um \u00fcber das Steuergesetzbuch zu diskutieren. Pr\u00e4sident Klaus Iohannis hatte am 17. Juli den Entwurf an das Parlament  zur\u00fcckgeschickt, weil die Umsetzung &#8211; so die Begr\u00fcndung &#8211; zu schweren Ungleichgewichten in der Wirtschaft f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnte. Den Bedenken des Pr\u00e4sidenten hatte sich mittlerweile auch   Notenbankchef Mugur Is\u0103rescu angeschlossen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Der amtierende Chef der Sozialdemokraten, Liviu Dragnea, sagte im Kontext, dass es zwar keine Anhaltspunkte f\u00fcr  \u00c4nderungen an der Vorlage des Steuergesetzbuch gebe, doch besch\u00e4ftigte er sich mit den  j\u00fcngeren Behaupten des Notenbankchefs. Aus diesem Grund werde das Finanzministerium jetzt bis zur Sondertagung des Parlaments die Auswirkung der Entlastungsma\u200e\u00dfnahmen  auf die Staatskasse pr\u00fcfen, um sowohl das Pr\u00e4sidialamt als auch die Zentralbank von der Nachhaltigkeit des Projekts zu \u00fcberzeugen. Liviu Dragnea: &#8222;Das Finanzministerium  soll eine neue Prognose f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten zwei-drei Jahre erstellen, aus der die Nachhaltigkeit der Ma\u200e\u00dfnahmen im Steuergesetzbuch herausgehgen soll. Die Steuerreform wird von weiten Teilen der Bev\u00f6lkerung und der Priavtwirtschaft getrageni, so der Interimspr\u00e4sident der regierenden Sozialdemokraten, Liviu Dragnea.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Die liberale Opposition will aber eine technische Aussprache noch vor der Debatte im Parlament. Die Ko-Pr\u00e4sidentin der PNL, Alina Gorghiu, sagte, dass ihre Fraktion f\u00fcr das Steuergesetzbuch stimmen werde, falls es nachhaltige Steuerentlastungen bringt: &#8220; Wir haben keine Sekunde gesagt, dass wir gegen dieses Steuergesetzbuch stimmen. Wir wollen aber auch finanztechnisch dar\u00fcber diskutieren, und wenn wir bis Ende August Zahlen sehen, die das Projekt als tragbar ausweisen, werden wir es unterst\u00fctzen&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Zu den umstrittenen Ma\u200e\u00dfnahmen z\u00e4hlt insbesondere die starke Herabsetzung des allgemeinen Umsatzsteuersatzes um f\u00fcnf Prozentpunkte von 24% auf 19% beginnend mit 2016. Zentralbankchef Mugur Is\u0103rescu warnte, dass die wichtigsten Ma\u200e\u00dfnahmen wie die Senkung der Steuern und Sozialabgaben, die anteilsm\u00e4\u200e\u00dfig einen hohen Beitrag zum Haushalt leisten, wirtschaftlich und finanziell unmachbar sind, da sie sich negativ auf die Wirtschaftsleistung auswirken werden. Solte das Steuergesetzbuch in der jetzigen Form verabschiedet werden, w\u00fcrde das Bruttoinlandsprodukt um 2,3% schrumpfen, bef\u00fcrchtet er. Steuerentlastungsma\u200e\u00dfnahmen sollten, so der Chef der Notenbank in Bukarest, schrittweise getroffen werden, um die Entwicklung der Wirtschaft und der Staatsfinanzen nicht zu gef\u00e4hrden.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00dcber das vom Pr\u00e4sidenten abgelehnte Steuergesetzbuch soll das Parlament in einer Sondertagung Ende August entscheiden.
