Die Zahl der Verletzten, die noch im Krankenhaus liegen, ist auf rund 70 gesunken. Davon sind 20 im kritischen Gesundheitszustand. 30 Patienten wurden nach Israel, Belgien, \u00d6sterreich, in die Niederlande, Gro\u200e\u00dfbritannien und Norwegen gebracht. C\u0103t\u0103lin C\u00e2rstoiu, Manager des Universit\u00e4tshospitals, hat erkl\u00e4rt, das von ihm geleitete Krankenhaus habe die Behandlung der Patienten nach der \u00dcberwindung der akuten Phase nicht mehr sichern k\u00f6nnen. Der Transfer der transportf\u00e4higen Patienten ins Ausland sei ein korrekter Beschluss gewesen. C\u0103t\u0103lin C\u00e2rstoiu dazu:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Wir k\u00f6nnen die Patienten in der postakuten Phase nicht pflegen. Deshalb bin ich der Meinung, dass unser Beschluss korrekt war. Die Verletzten k\u00f6nnen jetzt transferiert werden. Im akuten Zustand hingegen ist selbst der Transfer des Patienten in den Operationssaal und zur\u00fcck gef\u00e4hrlich und kann Komplikationen verursachen.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4rzte aus Deutschland und Frankreich untersuchen die Verletzten in den rum\u00e4nischen Krankenh\u00e4usern. Sie beschlie\u200e\u00dfen, wer in andere europ\u00e4ische Kliniken transferiert werden kann. Der rum\u00e4nische Arzt Ciprian Isacu lebt in Frankreich und leitet die Abteilung f\u00fcr Verbrannte der Universit\u00e4tsklinik in Bordeaux. Nach seinem Einsatz in der alten Heimat meinte er, die rum\u00e4nischen \u00c4rzte haben korrekt gehandelt. Seiner Meinung zufolge h\u00e4tte man in Frankreich, Belgien oder England nicht besser vorgehen k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Es war eine angenehme \u00dcberraschung, die Kompetenz der rum\u00e4nischen \u00c4rzte festzustellen. Wir aus dem Ausland h\u00e4tten es nicht besser machen k\u00f6nnen. Ich frage mich nun, was wir in einer derartigen Situation gemacht h\u00e4tten. Ich vertrete ein Fachzentrum, vielleicht das gr\u00f6\u200e\u00dfte im s\u00fcdwestlichen Frankreich. Es geht um einen hochqualifizierten Einsatz. Von der technischen Ausstattung her sind die hiesigen Krankenh\u00e4user tipptopp. Was die menschliche Seite anbelangt, kann man den rum\u00e4nischen \u00c4rzten nichts vorwerfen. Die Verbrennung ist eine sehr komplizierte Pathologie, vielleicht die schwierigste und teuerste. Im Ausland erreichen die Kosten<\/em> <em>f\u00fcr einen einzigen Patienten auf Intensivstation \u00fcber 8.500 Euro pro Tag. Die rum\u00e4nischen \u00c4rzte haben also korrekt gearbeitet.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Alle Opfer, die in der Nacht des Brandes gestorben sind, hatten eine toxische Menge von Kohlenstoffmonoxid und Zyanwasserstoffs\u00e4ure im Blut. Die Opfer, deren Atmungsapparat, Herz und Nieren versagten, wiesen eine Konzentration dieser Stoffe im Blut auf, die weit \u00fcber die letale Grenze lag, so die Ergebnisse der Untersuchungen im Bukarester Institut f\u00fcr Gerichtsmedizin. Die Toxizit\u00e4t dieser Substanzen kann gleich oder sp\u00e4ter Folgen haben.
