Die Ermittler wollen gegen Ex-Innenminister Gabriel Oprea vorgehen, den sie u.a. der fahrl\u00e4ssigen T\u00f6tung verd\u00e4chtigen. Im Herbst letzten Jahres war ein Motorradpolizist im Geleitschutz Opreas t\u00f6dlich verungl\u00fcckt, aber der Innenminister war gar nicht zu dem Geleitschutz berechtigt. Als die Parlamentarier den Ermittlungsantrag der Beh\u00f6rden ablehnten, platzte den B\u00fcrgern der Kragen  &#8211; tausende Menschen demonstrierten in Bukarest und anderen St\u00e4dten gegen die Entscheidung: Die Chefermittlerin der DNA, Laura Codru\u0163a Kovesi, nannte sie eine politische Entscheidung, die die Rechtspflege verhindert. Experten und Kommentatoren aus den Medien sind jedoch der Auffassung, dass die Argumente der Ermittler in diesem Fall eher fadenscheinig sind und Oprea keine Verurteilung in dieser Sache riskiert &#8211; wohl aber in anderen, schwerer Verfahren, die bereits gegen ihn laufen.  Die B\u00fcrger wollen aber trotzdem, dass die Justiz sich der Sache annimmt und lie\u200e\u00dfen ihrer Emp\u00f6rung freien Lauf. <strong><em>Wir wollen Gerechtigkeit, keine Immunit\u00e4t, aber diese Parlamentarier verstehen nichts andereres als klauen und sich hinter der Immunit\u00e4t verstecken &#8211; wie lange m\u00fcssen wir uns das noch gefallen lassen&#8220;, <\/em><\/strong>fragte ein Demonstrant. Andere klagten, dass die Politiker \u00fcber dem Recht stehen und f\u00fcr sie nicht die gleichen Regeln wie f\u00fcr Normalsterbliche gelten.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Die Proteste erinnern an die Atmosph\u00e4re von vor einem knappen Jahr, als die Regierung unter Premierminister Victor Ponta unter dem Druck der Stra\u200e\u00dfe nach dem Brandungl\u00fcck im Musikklub Colectiv k\u00fcndigen musste. Knappe drei Monate vor den Parlamentswahlen scheinen es die Politiker auch jetzt mit der Angst zu tun zu bekommen. Pr\u00e4sident Klaus Iohannis verlangte eine \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Systems von Immunit\u00e4ten &#8211; auch f\u00fcr sein eigenes Amt.
