Experten in Bukarest gehen allerdings davon aus, dass ein Gipfel Ende April erreicht werden k\u00f6nnte. Angesichts des schlimmst-m\u00f6glichen Szenarios bereiten sich die Beh\u00f6rden also darauf vor, dass das Gesundheitssystem die bevorstehende Herausforderung so gut es eben geht bew\u00e4ltigen kann. Es ist ein Wettlauf mit der Zeit. Am Sonntagabend wurde eine Reihe von Ma\u200e\u00dfnahmen angek\u00fcndigt, die sich an die Mitarbeiter des Gesundheitssystems richten. So d\u00fcrfen Angeh\u00f6rige des medizinischen Fachpersonals nicht die Versetzung oder Entsendung w\u00e4hrend des Ausnahmezustandes ablehnen &#8211; sie m\u00fcssen den Einsatz an beorderten Standorten akzeptieren und m\u00fcssen nach  Bedarf einspringen &#8211;  auch in \u00f6ffentlichen Krankenh\u00e4user mit starkem Personalmangel in anderen Landkreisen, teilte der Leiter der Abteilung f\u00fcr Notsituationen, Raed Arafat am Sonntagabend mit. Er sagte auch, dass Krankenh\u00e4user nicht mehr Patienten mit der Begr\u00fcndung abweisen d\u00fcrfen, dass es keine Best\u00e4tigung oder Widerlegung der Infektion mit dem neuen Coronavirus gibt, so Raed Arafat:  &#8222;<em>Die Ablehung eines Patienten, der einer medizinischen Versorgung bedarf, ist strafbar. Wir weisen Manager und Abteilungsleiter sowie diensthabende \u00c4rzte in Krankenh\u00e4usern darauf hin, dass Patienten keine Behandlung verweigert werden kann, weil es keine Best\u00e4tigung oder Widerlegung daf\u00fcr gibt, dass diese Menschen auf COVID-19 positiv oder negativ sind<\/em>\u02ba.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Auf der anderen Seite werden schrittweise immer mehr Leute getestet, sagt Professor Doktor Alexandru Rafila, Pr\u00e4sident der Rum\u00e4nischen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Mikrobiologie: <em>\u02baDass wir Woche zu Woche, praktisch eine Verdopplung der Test-Kapazit\u00e4ten sehen ist eine sehr gute Sache und ich hoffe, dass wir in ein paar Wochen in der Lage sein werden, bis zu 10.000 Menschen jeden Tag zu testen<\/em>.\u02ba<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Inzwischen hat  eine  C-17 Globemaster der NATO eine zweite Lieferung von 100.000 Schutzanz\u00fcgen   nach Bukarest  eingeflogen, die Rum\u00e4nien von S\u00fcdkorea gekauft hat. In der N\u00e4he von Bukarest, im Umkreis des Instituts f\u00fcr Gerontologie und Geriatrie Ana Aslan ist ein Armeekrankenhaus am Samstag f\u00fcr einsatzbereit erkl\u00e4rt worden. Das Krankenhaus wird als externer Abschnitt des Milit\u00e4r &#8211; Notfall &#8211; Universit\u00e4tsklinikums in der Hauptstadt funktionieren. Auch in Constan\u0163a wird an einem Modularen Isolierungs-und Behandlungszentrum gearbeitet, das als Erweiterung der Infektionsabteilung des Milit\u00e4rkrankenhauses in der Schwarzmeerstadt fungieren wird.
