Laut Gesundheitsminister Nelu T\u0103taru sollen Patienten ohne Symptome und ohne Nebenerkrankungen, die im Moment in hoher Zahl bei den Notfallaufnahmen vorstellig werden,  zuhause untersucht und f\u00fcr einen sp\u00e4teren Krankenhaustermin vorgesehen werden. T\u0103taru sagte zudem, dass Familien\u00e4rzte, die diese Patienten unter Beobachtung halten, mehr Geld von der Krankenkasse bekommen sollen: <em>Wer keine Symptome hat, soll zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt ins Krankenhaus gehen &#8212; wer jedoch Symptome aufweist und auch Nebenerkrankungen, bleibt nach der Beurteilung in der jeweiligen Anstalt, <\/em>stellte der Minister klar.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Wer Symptome hat, aber keine anderen Erkrankungen, wird nach der Beurteilung entlassen, steht allerdings unter Beobachtung der Familien\u00e4rzte  &#8211; das werde, so der Verantwortliche, extra vertraglich mit der Krankenkasse geregelt. Auch Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr das Gesundheitsamt sollen demnach m\u00f6glich sein.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Die Familien\u00e4rzte verlangen seit l\u00e4ngerer Zeit, zum wirksamen Umgang mit der Epidemie hinzugezogen zu werden. Dass man sich nicht mit ihnen abgestimmt habe sei auch ein Grund, wieso die Lage sich in letzter Zeit zuspitzte.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Die Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Familienmedizin sieht eine besorgniserregende Entwicklung der Lage nach sieben Monaten Pandemie. Die Beh\u00f6rden m\u00fcssten verstehen, dass man der Situation nicht nur auf dem Papier und im Fernsehen Herr werden k\u00f6nnte, ohne die Meinung der Praktiker zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, die t\u00e4glich in Verbindung mit dem Patienten sind, so die Vereinigung. Seit Ausbruch der Epidemie haben Familien\u00e4rzte viele f\u00fcr sie &#8212; aber auch f\u00fcr Mediziner generell gesehen &#8212; neue Aufgaben erf\u00fcllen m\u00fcssen: nachdem Krankenh\u00e4user und Fachkliniken f\u00fcr nicht-COVID-Patienten geschlossen haben, sahen sich Familien\u00e4rzte in der Lage, Patienten bei der Fachbehandlung zu betreuen. Sie mussten auch oft die Triage f\u00fcr Infektionspatienten \u00fcbernommen, haben Infizierte zuhause behandelt und Kontakte \u00fcberwacht und ihnen emotionalen Beistand geleistet, so die Vereinigung der Familien\u00e4rzte.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Rum\u00e4nien nimmt die Zahl der Infektionen mit dem neuartigen Coronavirus zu.
