Doch anders als in Deutschland will die Regierung in Bukarest keine Deckelung der Preise, sondern einen dreimonatigen Ausgleich direkt an der Zapfs\u00e4ule einf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>Nach kontroversen Diskussionen in der Regierungskoalition gab Premierminister Nicolae Ciuc\u0103 bekannt, dass die Treibstoffpreise subventioniert werden sollen. Konkret wird ab dem 1. Juli der Preis pro Liter Sprit drei Monate lang um umgerechnet 10 Eurocents kompensiert. Dies soll allen Verbrauchern zugute kommen, egal ob Privatpersonen oder Spediteuren, und soll auf dem Kassenbon an der Tankstelle sichtbar gekennzeichnet werden. Premierminister Nicolae Ciuc\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify><em>Zusammen mit Experten haben wir uns auf eine Festkostenkompensation von (umgerechnet) 10 Eurocents pro Liter direkt an der Zapfs\u00e4ule geeinigt. Dieser Mechanismus, der die Stabilit\u00e4t der Treibstoffpreise gew\u00e4hrleisten soll, gilt f\u00fcr drei Monate. Der Preisausgleich wird auch deutlich auf dem Kassenbon an jeder Tankstelle angef\u00fchrt werden m\u00fcssen.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>Die Ma\u200e\u00dfnahme muss allerdings noch von der Regierung genehmigt werden, die entsprechende Normativakte soll kommende Woche erlassen werden. Doch dieser Schritt bedeutet auch einen tiefen Griff in die Staatskasse. Dem Premierminister zufolge soll diese Ma\u200e\u00dfnahme 2 Mrd. Lei (umgerechnet 400 Mio. Euro) kosten &#8212; die H\u00e4lfte davon kommt aus der Staatskasse, die andere H\u00e4lfte sollen die im Erd\u00f6lgesch\u00e4ft t\u00e4tigen Unternehmen beisteuern. Der Preisausgleich gilt ab 1. Juli f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten drei Monate, danach behalte sich die Exekutive das Recht vor, weitere Ma\u200e\u00dfnahmen in Erw\u00e4gung zu ziehen. Auch habe die rum\u00e4nische Regierung mit der Verordnung gegen spekulative Effekte ein n\u00fctzliches Instrument an der Hand, um die Verbraucher gegen ungerechtfertigte Preiserh\u00f6hungen zu sch\u00fctzen, so der Premierminister.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>Der Koalitionspartner PSD ist mit dem Preisausgleich f\u00fcr Treibstoff nicht ganz zufrieden und erachtet, dass eine Preisdeckelung die bessere L\u00f6sung gewesen w\u00e4re. Wir respektieren die Entscheidung des Premierminister\u201c, sagen die Sozialdemokraten, doch sollten die Preise weiterhin anziehen, werden wir in der Koalition erneut den Vorschlag einbringen, eine Preisdeckelung oder eine Begrenzung des Preisaufschlags einzuf\u00fchren\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>Die oppositionelle Union Rettet Rum\u00e4nien (USR) kritisiert hingegen ganz offen die Entscheidung der Regierung und pl\u00e4diert stattdessen f\u00fcr eine Reduzierung der Umsatzsteuer f\u00fcr Treibstoff von aktuell 19% auf 5%.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p align=justify>Staatspr\u00e4sident Klaus Johannis hat sich auch zum Thema ge\u00e4u\u200e\u00dfert und &#8212; wenig \u00fcberraschend &#8212; der Regierung unter die Arme gegriffen. Eine Reduzierung der Verbrauchssteuer bzw. eine Preisdeckelung sei nicht ohne weiteres m\u00f6glich, und Premierminister Nicolae Ciuc\u0103 habe ihm versichert, dass der beschlossene Preisausgleich um 10 Eurocents pro Liter an der Zapfs\u00e4ule von der Staatskasse durchaus tragbar sei.
