Gleichzeitig werden Mittel f\u00fcr die Gew\u00e4hrung staatlicher Beihilfen an landwirtschaftliche Erzeuger bereitgestellt, die im Herbst 2021 Kulturen angebaut haben, aber von der Trockenheit betroffen waren. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Auch die f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung der europ\u00e4ischen Projekte erforderlichen Mittel wurden nicht vergessen. Der Gro\u200e\u00dfteil der Gelder geht an die Ministerien f\u00fcr Finanzen, Arbeit, Landwirtschaft und Wirtschaft. Weniger Mittel gehen an die Ministerien f\u00fcr Energie, Inneres, Gesundheit und Verkehr. Nach der makro\u00f6konomischen Herbstprognose, auf die sich der Nachtragshaushalt st\u00fctzt, bleibt das Haushaltsdefizit bleibt bei rund 80 Mrd. Lei (ca. 16 Mrd. \u20ac),  geht aber aufghund eines leicht h\u00f6heren BIP  von 5,84 % auf 5,74 % der Wirtschaftsleiustung zur\u00fcck, sagt Finanzminister Adrian C\u00e2ciu und f\u00fcgt hinzu: \u02baWo es notwendig war, Zuwendungen aufzustocken, haben wir das getan. Wo Verpflichtungen nicht eingehalten wurden, mussten wir die Ausgaben umschichten. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Andererseits erkl\u00e4rt Premierminister Nicolae Ciuc\u0103, dass laut europ\u00e4ischen Institutionen Rum\u00e4nien im dritten Quartal dieses Jahres ein Wirtschaftswachstum verzeichnet hat und dass es keine Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr eine wirtschaftliche Rezession gibt: \u02baWir sind nat\u00fcrlich sehr realistisch, denn wir h\u00e4ngen sehr stark vom wirtschaftlichen Kontext und unseren Wirtschaftspartnern ab. Einige ihrer Probleme werden sich auch auf die rum\u00e4nische Wirtschaft auswirken. Deshalb brauchen wir weiterhin Ma\u200e\u00dfnahmen und Entscheidungen zur F\u00f6rderung von Investitionen, Umsicht und Ausgewogenheit,\u02ba sagt der Regierungschef <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Auch die bed\u00fcrftigen Menschen in Rum\u00e4nien werden nicht vergessen. Bei einem Besuch im Land k\u00fcndigte Premierminister Ciuc\u0103 an, dass die Regierung zwischen 800 und 900 Millionen Euro an europ\u00e4ischen Mitteln f\u00fcr diese Menschen bereitstellen wird, um ihnen zu helfen, diesen und den n\u00e4chsten Winter zu \u00fcberstehen.
