Der Gesetzentwurf \u00fcber die voruniversit\u00e4re Bildung sieht obligatorische schriftliche Lernstandserhebungen in den F\u00e4chern Sprache und Kommunikation sowie Mathematik und Naturwissenschaften f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler am Ende der zweiten, vierten und siebten Klasse vor. Die Gymnasien k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr bis zu 60 % der verf\u00fcgbaren Pl\u00e4tze Aufnahmepr\u00fcfungen f\u00fcr die 9. Klasse durchf\u00fchren, wenn die Sch\u00fcler die obligatorische nationale Pr\u00fcfung bestanden haben. Im Falle der Abiturpr\u00fcfung f\u00fcr das geisteswissenschaftliche Profil w\u00fcrde die schriftliche Pr\u00fcfung auch eine Bewertung der Kenntnisse in Mathematik, Physik, Chemie oder Biologie umfassen, w\u00e4hrend die Sch\u00fcler des naturwissenschaftlichen Profils auch Grundkenntnisse in   Psychologie, Logik, Soziologie, Wirtschaft oder Philosophie nachweisen m\u00fcssten. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Im Bereich der Hochschulbildung wird die Dauer des Doktoratsstudiums von drei auf vier Jahre verl\u00e4ngert und Doktoranden k\u00f6nnen k\u00fcnftig auch bezahlte Lehrt\u00e4tigkeiten aus\u00fcben. Ministerin Ligia Deca sprach mit Radio Rum\u00e4nien \u00fcber die wichtigsten \u00c4nderungen (Track): &#8222;Im Prinzip sprechen wir \u00fcber Reformen, um die Qualit\u00e4t zu verbessern und den funktionalen Analphabetismus zu reduzieren. Und hier geht es darum, die Qualit\u00e4t der Lehrkr\u00e4fte zu verbessern und dem Beruf mehr Respekt in der Gesellschaft zu verschaffen, auch durch eine konsequente Erh\u00f6hung des Gehaltsniveaus. Grunds\u00e4tzlich wird die gesamte Gehaltsskala im Bildungswesen auf dem Niveau des Durchschnittslohns in der Wirtschaft beginnen. Jeder neue Lehrer wird mit dem Versprechen einer angemessenen Bezahlung eingestellt. Wir werden auch die Qualit\u00e4t der Erstausbildung von Lehrern verbessern, indem wir einen Masterstudiengang in P\u00e4dagogik einf\u00fchren, der zu 80 Prozent aus praktischen \u00dcbungen in unterschiedlichen Lernumgebungen besteht. Eingef\u00fchrt wird ein nationales Programm zur Verringerung des Schulabbruchs, das hei\u200e\u00dft Schulmaterial, \u00dcbernahme der Kosten f\u00fcr den Schulweg und gesunde Mahlzeiten f\u00fcr bereits \u00fcber eine Million Kinder.. Wir sprechen auch von konkreter Unterst\u00fctzung mit F\u00f6rder- oder Erg\u00e4nzungsunterricht, um die Bildungsl\u00fccken zu schlie\u200e\u00dfen, die leider durch die Jahre der Pandemie bei einigen Kindern entstanden sind\u201d, so Ministerin Deca.
