Demnach beliefen sich die Investitionen in neue Bauarbeiten und den Kauf von Maschinen, einschlie\u200e\u00dflich Transportmitteln, auf mehr als 74 Mrd. Lei, was 62 % der Gesamtinvestitionen in der Volkswirtschaft entspricht. In den ersten neun Monaten des vergangenen Jahres ging jedoch die Zahl der Baugenehmigungen um etwa 8.000 auf 26.000 zur\u00fcck, von denen die meisten f\u00fcr l\u00e4ndliche Gebiete erteilt wurden, und die Zahl der fertiggestellten Wohnungen sank auf etwa 50.000, fast 3.000 weniger als im Zeitraum Januar-September 2022. <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\u00dcberzeugender wirkten staatliche Gro\u200e\u00dfprojeke: <\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Rum\u00e4nien ist eine Baustelle &#8211; titelt die Bukarester Wirtschaftspresse, die einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die gro\u200e\u00dfen, vom Staat finanzierten Energie- und Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekte sowie \u00fcber die von den Kreisen und Gemeinden initiierten Projekte gibt. Was das Stra\u200e\u00dfennetz betrifft, so werden in diesem Jahr zum ersten Mal drei Autobahnen gleichzeitig in vollem Umfang gebaut: die Moldau-Autobahn (Osten) mit 13 Teilabschniiten, der Bukarester Autobahnring mit vier Abschnitten und die Bukarest-N\u0103dlac-Autobahn (Westen) mit drei Teilstrecken &#8211; k\u00fcndigten Veranwortliche des Verkehrsministeriums in einem Internetposting an. Au\u200e\u00dferdem werden die Arbeiten an der Unirii-Autobahn (Zentrum) beginnen und die erste in Rum\u00e4nien gebaute Schnellstra\u200e\u00dfe, Craiova-Pite\u0219ti (S\u00fcden), wird 120 Kilometer lang sein. Derzeit werden Vertr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr 760 Kilometer Hochgeschwindigkeitsstra\u200e\u00dfen unterzeichnet. Ausschreibungen f\u00fcr weitere 120 Kilometer laufen bereits und es ist geplant, Ausschreibungen f\u00fcr mehr als 750 Kilometer zu starten. Das Jahr 2024 muss in dieselbe Richtung gehen &#8211; sagt Premierminister Marcel Ciolacu. Der sozialdemokratische Regierungschef verspricht, dass sein Team weiterhin die Meilensteine des Nationalen Konjunkturprogramms anstrebt,  die f\u00fcr Rum\u00e4nien ein Wirtschaftswachstum von 3,4 % und damit das zweith\u00f6chste in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union m\u00f6glich machen. 2024 werde das Jahr der Investitionen sein &#8211; sagte der Premierminister und erinnerte daran, dass der Staatshaushalt eine Rekordsumme von 120 Milliarden Lei f\u00fcr diesen Sektor bereitgestellt hat, d.h. mehr als 7 Prozent des BIP.
