Die aus Gymnasiasten gebildete Jury sagte in ihrer Begr\u00fcndung, dass der Film nicht nur die Welt autistischer Kinder anspricht, sondern die Gesellschaft insgesamt. Die Normalit\u00e4t sieht f\u00fcr jeden von uns anders aus, es gibt keine allein wahre Realit\u00e4t, sondern nur mehrere Interpretationen, formulierte es die Jury spitzfindig. Miroslav Janek konnte nur zum Auftakt des Festivals in Bukarest dabei sein und richtete seine Dankesbotschaft an das Publikum per Video.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Zentrales Thema der diesj\u00e4hrigen Auflage von <a href=\"http:\/\/oneworld.ro\/2017\/l\/ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">One World Romania<\/a> war die Angst. Wir leben in einer globalen Welt und wollen trotzdem zur\u00fcck in  die Vergangenheit, wir w\u00fcnschen uns neue Grenzen und wollen uns einmauern. Korrupte Politiker profitieren von unseren Schw\u00e4chen und \u00c4ngsten, um an die Macht zu kommen &#8212; doch einige entschlossene Menschen leisten Widerstand und opfern alles auf, was sie haben, sagt Alexandru Solomon, Direktor von One World Romania. Die Filme erforschen die Urspr\u00fcnge dieser \u00c4ngste und wie sie \u00fcberwunden werden k\u00f6nnen: Die Angst stand klar im Mittelpunkt aller Themen, die mit der Politik und den Zeichen der Zeit zu tun hatten, die sich \u00fcberall verschlechtert haben. Populistische, nationalistische, homophobe Bewegungen instrumentalisieren Angst. Aber es geht auch um punktuellere Dinge, wie die Defizite des Gesundheitssystems in Rum\u00e4nien und in anderen L\u00e4ndern &#8212; und das schafft wiederum andere \u00c4ngste\u201c<em>, <\/em>sagt Alexandru Solomon, seinerseits Regisseur im beruflichen Alltag. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Auch diesmal waren die Publikumsdiskussionen extrem lebhaft und interessant und es zeigt sich, dass das Festival sich gemeinsam mit der Zivilgesellschaft entwickelt &#8212; je mehr die B\u00fcrger sich mit Rechtsstaat, Korruptionsbek\u00e4mpfung und Meinungsfreiheit besch\u00e4ftigen, desto h\u00f6her das Interesse f\u00fcr One World Romania, sagt  Alexandru Solomon: Das Festival hat \u00fcber die Jahre diese Form angenommen. Vereine und Verb\u00e4nde k\u00f6nnen sich jeweils einen Dokumentarfilm aneignen, der zu ihrem Auftrag passt, der also zu den Problemen etwas aussagt, mit denen sie sich besch\u00e4ftigen. Das Dokumentationsfestival kann als Marktplatz der Ideen betrachtet werden, wo Filmschaffende und die Zivilgesellschaft einander treffen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Die Rolle des Dokumentarfilms ist andererseits nicht, Probleme zu l\u00f6sen, meint der Regisseur. Im Vergleich zu den Mainstream-Medien liefert er tiefere Einsichten aus einer empathischeren Perspektive. Dokumentarfilmer verbringen viel mehr Zeit als Journalisten mit den Menschen, \u00fcber die sie erz\u00e4hlen; sie setzen sich eingehender mit den Themen auseinander. Und sie stehen weniger unter Zeit und Leistungsdruck. Bei One World Romania gelang es, einen Dialog zu beginnen, und es ist mit offenen Augen sichtbar, dass mit der Zeit auch das Publikum diskussionsbereiter wurde, stellt Alexandru Solomon fest.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Sechs rum\u00e4nische Produktionen wurden in diesem Jahr gezeigt. Eindrucksvoll war auch eine Vorschau auf den Dokumentarfilm Das Verfahren\u201c, in dem Claudiu Mitcu und Ileana B\u00eersan dem Fall von Mihai Moldoveanu nachsp\u00fcren &#8212; dem ehemaligen Armeeoffizier wird ein Verbrechen vorgeworfen, doch er sagt, er sei unschuldig. Wir wollten sehen, ob jemand am Thema interessiert ist und wie diese Vorschau beim Publikum ankommt. Wir versuchen, so ausgeglichen wie m\u00f6glich an den Fall heranzugehen. Wir wollten ein Feedback auch deshalb bekommen, weil der Film eine einzige Figur hat: den Angeklagten. Die anderen, Staatsanw\u00e4lte oder Richter,  wollten einfach nicht mit uns reden\u201c, sagt die Autorin Ileana B\u00e2rsan.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Den beiden Filmschaffenden fiel es besonders schwer, diesen Film um diese alleinige Figur herum zu drehen und dabei nicht zu interpretieren. 20 Minuten f\u00fcr die Vorschau zu finden und zu schneiden, war ebenfalls kompliziert, gestehen sie &#8212; denn es ging darum, Interesse zu erwecken, aber nicht zu viel zu verraten.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber 11 Tausend Zuschauer kamen in diesem Jahr zum Festival &#8212; und wer es verpasst hat, kann einige der Filme beim Alternativen Vertriebsprogramm <a href=\"https:\/\/kinedok.net\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KineDok<\/a> finden. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Bukarest hat One World Romania, das Internationale Festival f\u00fcr Dokumentarfilme zum Thema Menschenrechte, in diesem Jahr schon die 10.
