{"id":630382,"date":"2020-05-02T17:45:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-02T14:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devrri.freshlemon.ro\/aktuell\/dokufilm-festival-one-world-romania-ausgesetzt-id630382.html"},"modified":"2020-05-02T17:45:00","modified_gmt":"2020-05-02T14:45:00","slug":"dokufilm-festival-one-world-romania-ausgesetzt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rri.ro\/de\/feature-reportage\/kulturchronik\/dokufilm-festival-one-world-romania-ausgesetzt-id630382.html","title":{"rendered":"Dokufilm-Festival \u201eOne World Romania\u201c ausgesetzt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Organisatoren des Filmfestivals One World Romania\u201c, das dieses Jahr im Zusammenhang mit der Coronavirus-Pandemie abgesagt wurde, appellieren an die Beh\u00f6rden in Bukarest, sie in der Initiative zu unterst\u00fctzen, die Auswirkungen der aktuellen Krise im unabh\u00e4ngigen Kulturbereich zu bek\u00e4mpfen. Der Initiative haben sich 600 Organisationen angeschlossen, die soziale und kulturelle Programme entwickeln. Ob dieser Sektor mit der Unterst\u00fctzung der Beh\u00f6rden rechnen kann und was es bedeutet, das Programm eines derartigen Filmfestivals umzuorganisieren, erfahren wir vom Festivalintendanten, dem Dokumentarfilmregisseur Alexandru Solomon:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Unser Hilferuf ist nicht ohne Antwort geblieben, aber die Ma\u200e\u00dfnahmen, die die Auswirkungen der Corona-Krise im Kulturbereich mildern sollen, richten sich eher an einzelne Personen, die in dieser Branche Projekte entwickeln, und nicht an Organisationen. Zudem wird die Beihilfe an eine Reihe von Bedingungen gekn\u00fcpft, so zum Beispiel muss man den Beweis liefern, dass man keine alternative Einkommensquelle hat und in letzter Zeit kein Geld verdient hat. Das Positive daran ist jedoch, dass es eine Art Dialog zwischen uns und den Beh\u00f6rden gab, aber f\u00fcr Institutionen, die in der Branche aktiv sind, haben die Beh\u00f6rden eigentlich nichts getan. Was das Festival \u00bbOne World Romania\u00ab angeht, kann ich sagen, dass wir Gl\u00fcck hatten. Die Festspiele h\u00e4tten im Monat M\u00e4rz stattfinden sollen, besser gesagt eine Woche nachdem der Notstand ausgerufen wurde. Das Budget des Festivals gab es schon und unsere Partner haben gl\u00fccklicherweise, zumindest bisher, das Projekt nicht fallen lassen. Das Ganze umzuorganisieren, hei\u200e\u00dft, nat\u00fcrlich mehr zu arbeiten. Unsere Mitarbeiter machen mehr f\u00fcr dieses Projekt und das m\u00fcssen wir entsprechend verg\u00fcten. Ansonsten ist das Festival gleich geblieben und wir versuchen, mit dem Publikum st\u00e4ndig in Kontakt zu bleiben, jetzt nat\u00fcrlich online. Wann genau das Festival stattfinden wird, steht noch unter Fragezeichen. Die Corona-Ma\u200e\u00dfnahmen sollen bekanntlich progressiv gelockert werden, meiner Meinung nach werden jedoch Veranstaltungen mit gro\u200e\u00dfem Publikum nicht bald stattfinden.\u201c           <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Anfangs ein Ableger des tschechischen One World\u201c-Festivals, das der ehemalige Pr\u00e4sident V\u00e1clav Havel ins Leben gerufen hatte, ist One World Romania bald ein selbst\u00e4ndiges Festival geworden, dessen Ziel eine wachsende Beteiligung der Zivilgesellschaft an der Gestaltung der Zukunft ist. Dementsprechend folgt jedem Film eine Debatte mit Filmemachern, Vertretern von NGO oder den Darstellern der Dokumentationen, wobei sich das Publikum mit den aktuellen Problemen dieser Welt auseinandersetzen kann und auf die Menschenrechtsverletzungen hingewiesen wird. Wie sich die Festspiele in den letzten dreizehn Jahren entwickelt haben, erl\u00e4utert Alexandru Solomon:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Zur diesj\u00e4hrigen Form des Festivals sind wir nat\u00fcrlich mit der Zeit gekommen. Wir betrachten den Dokumentarfilm als Kommunikationsmittel in der Gesellschaft. Das ist, was uns einen gewissen Platz unter anderen Kulturveranstaltungen in Rum\u00e4nien sichert. Die rum\u00e4nische Gesellschaft braucht solche Initiativen, deswegen gibt es auch viele NGO und Menschen, die ein starkes soziales Engagement zeigen und auch Teil unseres Projektes geworden sind. Diese Pandemie ist das Schlimmste, was in diesem Kulturbereich passieren konnte, niemand war darauf vorbereitet. Das brachte uns leider in die Situation, auf etwas zu verzichten, was uns eigentlich definierte. Es handelt sich um den Kontakt mit dem Publikum, wir sind online gegangen, was wir eigentlich nie machen wollten. Ein Festival \u00fcber Menschen und Menschenrechte bedeutet Kommunikation, vor der Leinwand in einem Kinosaal zusammenzukommen und am Ende der Filmvorf\u00fchrung Gespr\u00e4chsrunden zwischen dem Publikum und den Filmemachern, Produzenten, Darstellern zu veranstalten.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Der Deb\u00fctfilm des Regisseurs Radu Ciornciuc <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rri.ro\/de_de\/acasa_my_home_reporter_radu_ciorniciuc_debutiert_mit_dokumentarfilm_als_regisseur-2615292\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acas\u0103, Mein Zuhause\u201c<\/a> h\u00e4tte dieses Jahr die Festspiele er\u00f6ffnen sollen. Die Produktion, die auf dem Sundance-Filmfestival unter den Favoriten des Publikums stand, erz\u00e4hlt die Geschichte einer obdachlosen Familie, die etwa zwanzig Jahre lang im V\u0103c\u0103re\u015fti-Delta am Rande der rum\u00e4nischen Hauptstadt lebte, einem verwilderten Ort, der zu einem Schutzgebiet und dem ersten st\u00e4dtischen Naturpark Rum\u00e4niens erkl\u00e4rt wurde. Vier Jahre lang verfolgte der Regisseur Radu Ciorniciuc das gro\u200e\u00dfe Abenteuer\u201c, das die Familie erlebt hat, ihren Weg von einem Leben in perfekter Harmonie mit der Natur zu einem Leben im Gro\u200e\u00dfstadtdschungel. Alexandru Solomon kommt erneut zu Wort:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p><em>Dieser Film entspricht unserem Interesse f\u00fcr den sozialen Aspekt des Lebens, f\u00fcr den Kampf gegen Diskriminierung und f\u00fcr die Rechte der Minderheiten, und das ist auch das Thema des 13. Festivals \u00bbOne World Romania\u00ab.
