El ejecutivo ha redactado una nueva ordenanza de urgencia para recortar el gasto a finales de a\u00f1o. El proyecto ya ha sido sometido a debate p\u00fablico por el Ministerio de Hacienda el martes, e impone restricciones a las instituciones p\u00fablicas y los municipios, incluida la organizaci\u00f3n de festivales y concursos. Las instituciones ya no pueden contraer compromisos legales para material de oficina, otros bienes y servicios de mantenimiento y funcionamiento o reparaciones corrientes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>La ley tambi\u00e9n estipula que el pago de los salarios ganados en los tribunales por los empleados del Estado se pospondr\u00e1 hasta 2024. Sin embargo, el primer ministro socialdem\u00f3crata, Marcel Ciolacu, afirma que nadie debe preocuparse, porque hay fondos suficientes en el presupuesto para pagar los salarios y otros gastos a los que se ha comprometido el Estado. Y las pensiones se indexar\u00e1n a la tasa de inflaci\u00f3n del 13,5 % a partir del 1 de enero. \u00abTenemos dinero suficiente para cubrir las pensiones, los salarios, el funcionamiento del Estado y todas las inversiones\u00bb, afirma el jefe de Gobierno. Las nuevas medidas llegan poco despu\u00e9s de que los datos publicados el lunes por la Oficina Europea de Estad\u00edstica (Eurostat) mostraran que Hungr\u00eda (6,6 %) y Ruman\u00eda (6,3 %) tienen los d\u00e9ficits p\u00fablicos m\u00e1s altos de los 27 miembros de la UE, informan los medios.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la misma fuente, Ruman\u00eda registr\u00f3 un d\u00e9ficit del 5,9 % del PIB en los tres primeros meses de 2023 y del 6,3 % en el cuarto trimestre de 2022. Mientras tanto, desde la oposici\u00f3n, USR y Fuerza de Derecha (una disidencia liberal) acusan, en una moci\u00f3n simple contra el ministro de Finanzas del PNL, Marcel Bolo\u0219, de que bajo su mandato el gasto se ha disparado en realidad. Seg\u00fan los impulsores de la moci\u00f3n, para ahorrar dinero en las arcas del Gobierno, Bolo\u0219 y Ciolacu decidieron recortar los ingresos de los contribuyentes con otra ronda de subidas de impuestos y golpear a los peque\u00f1os empresarios. Habr\u00edan elegido el beneficio financiero a corto plazo en lugar de la estabilidad y la prosperidad a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Desde los bancos del partido gobernante, el diputado del PSD Gabriel Zetea defiende a su equipo y subraya que el Gobierno debe adoptar medidas para limitar el gasto de dinero p\u00fablico. Las instituciones p\u00fablicas, dice, deben demostrar que se aprietan el cintur\u00f3n y no despilfarran a finales de 2023. A partir del a\u00f1o que viene, promete Zetea, tambi\u00e9n entrar\u00e1n en vigor medidas de ajuste fiscal para los empresarios privados.
