Premierminister Marcel Ciolacu h\u00e4lt die Korrektur f\u00fcr nachhaltig, da 84\u00a0% des Defizits Investitionsausgaben sind und das Geld an den Staat zur\u00fcckflie\u00dfen wird. Die Umschichtung werde positiv ausfallen und auf h\u00f6here Einnahmen und einem Anstieg des Defizits auf 6,9\u00a0% beruhen, so die Regierung. Der Premierminister betonte, dass weiterhin die Investitionen und nicht der Konsum gef\u00f6rdert werden sollten. Als Beispiel nannte er die Autobahnen, die achtmal mehr Geld einbringen, als f\u00fcr ihren Bau ausgegeben wurde:<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201e<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><i>Nat\u00fcrlich \u00fcberweist der Staat zun\u00e4chst das Geld an den Verkehrsminister Sorin Grindeanu, der es an die Unternehmen weiterleitet, und diese stellen unsere Autobahnen fertig, auf die wir seit 30 Jahren warten. Mit einer Verz\u00f6gerung von einem oder zwei Monaten flie\u00dfen dann die Steuern an den Staat zur\u00fcck. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden in der n\u00e4chsten Periode die Ausgaben f\u00fcr Infrastruktur und Wirtschaft Einnahmen um ein Vielfaches generieren. Wenn wir beispielsweise einen Euro investieren, erh\u00e4lt der Staat 6 oder 8 Euro zur\u00fcck, und zwar in jenen Bereichen, in die wir derzeit sehr viel investiert haben.\u201c<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Der Premierminister f\u00fcgte noch hinzu auch, dass die K\u00fcrzungen bei unn\u00f6tigen \u00f6ffentlichen Ausgaben fortgesetzt werden. Seiner Meinung nach d\u00fcrfe das Haushaltsdefizit nur infolge von Investitionen entstehen. Nach der Korrektur erhalten die Bereiche Gesundheit, Verkehr und Bildung zus\u00e4tzliche Mittel. Die Zuwendungen f\u00fcr die Sozialversicherung werden ebenfalls aufgestockt, um die neu berechneten Renten, die seit dem 1. September angehoben wurden, sowie die Arbeitslosenunterst\u00fctzung und die damit verbundenen Sozialversicherungsbeitr\u00e4ge auszuzahlen. Die Ministerien f\u00fcr Gesundheit, Inneres, europ\u00e4ische Projekte, Landwirtschaft und Energie erhalten ebenfalls zus\u00e4tzliche Mittel. Einige Ressorts und staatliche Stellen werden hingegen \u00fcber kleinere Budgets verf\u00fcgen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren das Generalsekretariat der Regierung, das Wirtschaftsministerium, der Senat und die Abgeordnetenkammer, der f\u00fcr Telekommunikation zust\u00e4ndige Geheimdienst (STS) und das Ministerium f\u00fcr Entwicklung. <\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Die vorgeschlagene Haushaltskorrektur st\u00fctzt sich auf eine deutliche Erh\u00f6hung der Einnahmen und Ausgaben. Den Angaben zufolge werde dies zu einem um 2\u00a0% h\u00f6heren Defizit f\u00fchren \u2013 Anfang des Jahres hatten die Haushaltsplaner das Defizit noch auf 5\u00a0% gesch\u00e4tzt. Dies geschieht vor dem Hintergrund einer von 3,4\u00a0% auf 2,8\u00a0% des BIP nach unten korrigierten Wirtschaftswachstumsprognose. Die Nationale Kommission f\u00fcr Strategie und Prognosen (CNSP) prognostiziert ein BIP-Wachstum von 3,5\u00a0% im Jahr 2025 und von 3,7\u00a0% im Jahr 2026. <\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">F\u00fcr das Jahresende wird eine Inflationsrate von 4,5\u00a0% prognostiziert, die somit \u00fcber dem vorgegebenen 4\u00a0%-Ziel der Nationalbank liegt. Im n\u00e4chsten Jahr soll die Inflation auf 3,8\u00a0% und im Jahr 2026 auf 2,9\u00a0% sinken, so die Sch\u00e4tzung. Das Handelsbilanzdefizit wird sich nach Angaben der Prognosekommission von 28,9 Mrd. EUR im vergangenen Jahr auf 32,7 Mrd. EUR in diesem Jahr erh\u00f6hen, nachdem die Ausfuhren um 1,8\u00a0% und die Einfuhren um 4,5\u00a0% zugenommen haben.
