Seit Ende letzter Woche hat auch Mood\u2019y das Rating mit \u201eBaa3\u201c best\u00e4tigt, aber den Ausblick auf \u201enegativ\u201c herabgesetzt. \u201eDie Entscheidung, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">die<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Perspektive<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> zu \u00e4ndern, spiegelt das Risiko wider, dass Rum\u00e4niens Haushaltsst\u00e4rke in den kommenden Jahren ohne weitere Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Haushaltskonsolidierung deutlich schw\u00e4cher wird\u201c, so die <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">offizielle Verlautbarung der<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Ratingagentur.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Nach dem Szenario von Moody\u2019s, das sich auf die bisher von der Regierung in Bukarest angek\u00fcndigte Politik st\u00fctzt, wird das rum\u00e4nische Defizit <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">in H\u00f6he<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> von 8,7\u00a0% des BIP im Jahr 2024 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">zwar<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> auf 7,7\u00a0% im Jahr 2025 sinken, aber <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">dennoch <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">hoch bleiben. Danach w<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">e<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">rd<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">e<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> sich das Defizit zwar verbessern, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">jedoch<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> nur allm\u00e4hlich. In Verbindung mit einer Abw\u00e4rtskorrektur der Wirtschaftswachstumsprognosen wird die staatliche Schuldenlast Ende 2025 59\u00a0% des BIP \u00fcberschreiten und Ende 2026 fast 63\u00a0% erreichen. Moody\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">hat auch einige Empfehlungen parat.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Rum\u00e4nien hat sich im <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Rahmen des Nationalen Wiederaufbau- und Resilienzplans<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">(<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">PNRR<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> zur Durchf\u00fchrung einer umfassenden Steuerreform verpflichtet, deren Verabschiedung h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich zu einer Verbesserung der Defizit- und Schuldenprognosen beitragen wird. Nach Ansicht der Agentur verz\u00f6gert sich diese Reform jedoch erheblich.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Mit anderen Worten: Der <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">usblick k\u00f6nnte <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">wieder <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">auf \u201estabil\u201c hera<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">uf<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">gestuft werden, wenn sich die Indikatoren f\u00fcr die staatliche <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Verschuldung<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> und die Erschwinglichkeit der Schulden deutlich <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">verbessern<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. Umgekehrt k\u00f6nnte das L\u00e4nderrating Rum\u00e4niens <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">sogar auf Ramsch-Niveau <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">herabgestuft werden, wenn es der Regierung nicht gelingt, eine erhebliche Haushaltskonsolidierung durchzuf\u00fchren. Ein solches Szenario <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">k\u00e4me<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">einem Fiasko der Wirtschaftspolitik der rum\u00e4nischen Regierung auf ganzer Linie gleich<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. Der ehemalige Finanzminister Adrian C\u00e2ciu ist <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">jedoch zuversichtlich<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, dass sich die Dinge zum Guten wenden werden: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201e<span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Das <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Defizit <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">war nicht so katastrophal <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">wie dargestellt<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir letztes Jahr <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">auch<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Investitionen <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">in H\u00f6he<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> von 7,1\u00a0% des BIP hatten. Ich meine, wir <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">haben<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">den<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Weg <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">der Verschuldung <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">gew\u00e4hlt, um <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Wachstum zu gew\u00e4hrleisten<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ohne Schulden kann man sich nicht entwickeln. Wo allerdings<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Moody\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">recht hat<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> und worauf die politische Klasse tats\u00e4chlich aufpassen muss: Wir brauchen politische Stabilit\u00e4t und weniger Emotionen und Streit <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">sowie<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">keine <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Unbest\u00e4ndigkeit und Willk\u00fcr <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">im Prozess des Regierens. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Und wir brauchen mehr Vernunft, und die gesamte politische Klasse muss erkennen, dass sich Rum\u00e4nien in einem ziemlich komplizierten geopolitischen Kontext befindet, vor allem <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">auf <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">regional<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">er Ebene<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de-DE\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Aus einem k\u00fcrzlich von Bloomberg ver\u00f6ffentlichten Artikel geht hervor, dass die derzeitigen Turbulenzen im politischen Umfeld Rum\u00e4niens die <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Investoren<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> beunruhigen. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Sie<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> bef\u00fcrchten, dass <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">die <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">erforderlichen finanzpolitischen Ma\u00dfnahmen, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">um das<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> h\u00f6chste Haushaltsdefizits eines EU-Staates <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">zu verringern, sich<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> weiter verz\u00f6gern werden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; RadioRomaniaInternational \u00b7 Moody\u2019s: Rum\u00e4niens Wirtschaft nur noch eine Stufe von Ramsch-Status entfernt &nbsp; Moody\u2019s hatte zuvor als einzige der drei gro\u00dfen Rating-Agenturen der Welt Rum\u00e4niens Kreditw\u00fcrdigkeit immer noch mit \u201estabil\u201c bewertet.
