Laut der Pr\u00e4sidentin der Republik Moldau bleibt Ilie Ila\u015fcu in der Geschichte des Landes ein Symbol des Widerstands und des Kampfes f\u00fcr Integrit\u00e4t. \u201eIn den neun Jahren seiner illegalen Haft wurde er gefoltert, bedroht und Scheinhinrichtungen unterzogen, um ihn zu brechen. Aber er hat sein Land nicht verraten. Ilie Ila\u015fcu hat sich mit erhobenem Kopf daf\u00fcr entschieden, f\u00fcr die Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit der Republik Moldau in den Tod zu gehen, und wird ein Symbol f\u00fcr alle Moldauer bleiben. Es ist wichtig, dass wir seine Lektion in Patriotismus an die j\u00fcngeren Generationen weitergeben&#8230;\u201c, betonte Maia Sandu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; background: white;\">Ilie Ila\u015fcu geh\u00f6rte zu den Gr\u00fcndern der Nationalen Befreiungsbewegung und leitete bis 1992 die Zweigstelle der Volksfront Moldawiens in Tiraspol. Als Kommandant der Truppen des Ministeriums f\u00fcr Nationale Sicherheit der Republik Moldau nahm er direkt an den K\u00e4mpfen am Dnjestr teil. Am 2. Juni 1992 wurden Ilie Ila\u015fcu, Andrei Ivan\u0163oc, Alexandru Le\u015fco und Tudor Petrov-Popa von russischen Spezialeinheiten verhaftet. Ein Jahr sp\u00e4ter wurde Ila\u015fcu von einem illegitimen Gericht auf der linken Seite des Dnjestr zum Tode verurteilt. Von 1992 bis 2001 war er unter extrem schwierigen Bedingungen in transnistrischen Gef\u00e4ngnissen inhaftiert, wo er Isolation, psychischem Druck, willk\u00fcrlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen und systematischen Verletzungen seiner Rechte ausgesetzt war. Er wurde viermal aus seiner Zelle geholt, um sich die Verlesung des Todesurteils anzuh\u00f6ren, und viermal wurde mit scharfer Munition auf ihn geschossen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; background: white;\">Am 5. Mai 2001 wurde Ila\u015fcu auf Druck der Parlamentarischen Versammlung des Europarates und der Europ\u00e4ischen Union nach Chi\u015fin\u0103u \u00fcberstellt und den Geheimdiensten der Republik Moldau und Rum\u00e4niens \u00fcbergeben. Die anderen Mitglieder der Gruppe wurden nach und nach freigelassen. Im Jahr 2004 f\u00e4llte der Europ\u00e4ische Gerichtshof f\u00fcr Menschenrechte das Urteil in der Rechtssache \u201eIla\u015fcu und andere gegen Moldawien und Russland\u201d und wies auf die Verantwortung der Russischen F\u00f6deration und der Republik Moldau f\u00fcr Folter, rechtswidrige Freiheitsberaubung und Verletzung des Rechts auf Korrespondenz hin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"color: black; background: white;\">Ilie Ila\u015fcu war in zwei Legislaturperioden Abgeordneter im Parlament der Republik Moldau und zwischen 2000 und 2008 Senator in Rum\u00e4nien. Von 2001 bis 2008 war er ordentliches Mitglied der Parlamentarischen Versammlung des Europarates als Vertreter der rum\u00e4nischen Delegation. Am 10.
