Nicht nur Desinformation ist hier relevant, das Arsenal ist viel komplexer. Zweitens: Dieses Ph\u00e4nomen ist als \u201aunsichtbarer Krieg\u2018 bezeichnet worden \u2013 und das stimmt nur teilweise. Es ist eine eher hinterh\u00e4ltige Form der Auseinandersetzung, die gleichzeitig unsichtbar UND sehr sichtbar ist. Ich finde, dass die antiwestlichen Narrative fast sogar zum Ambiente geworden sind. Sie sind \u00fcberall und nirgends. In jeder Unterhaltung zeigt irgendjemand aus dem Freundes- oder Kollegenkreis, dass er davon beeinflusst wurde. Gleichzeitig kann man kaum sagen, wo man sie genau gesehen oder geh\u00f6rt hat. Es ist also ein sichtbarer und unsichtbarer Krieg. Und nach meinen Beobachtungen r\u00fccken EU und NATO immer st\u00e4rker in den Fokus \u2013 besonders einige EU-Mitgliedstaaten. Dieser Krieg ist schwer ans Licht zu holen, aber sobald man ihn untersucht, sieht man, wie ausgefeilt die Techniken sind, wie gut die Algorithmen trainiert sind und wie viel k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz eingesetzt wird.\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Was fr\u00fcher ganze Teams, viel Zeit und hohe Budgets brauchte, kann heute dank k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz eine einzelne Person leisten: Tausende \u00fcberzeugende Botschaften in wenigen Stunden. Mit dem Aufkommen der gro\u00dfen Sprachmodelle (Large Language Models \u2013 LLM) hat sich die Welt erneut ver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eAlle strukturellen Probleme k\u00f6nnen durch diese neuen KI-Technologien verst\u00e4rkt werden. Erstens erm\u00f6glicht k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz die Erzeugung von Inhalten mit enormer Geschwindigkeit, gro\u00dfer Flexibilit\u00e4t und starker Anpassung an lokale Zielgruppen. Geschichten und Verschw\u00f6rungen m\u00fcssen nicht mehr von Menschen erdacht werden; sie k\u00f6nnen automatisch erzeugt werden \u2013 schriftlich, als Audio, als Video und vor allem in der Kombination aller drei Formate. Das ist ein Aspekt. Der zweite, noch spektakul\u00e4rer, ist das, was als \u201aVerschmutzung gro\u00dfer Sprachmodelle\u2018 bezeichnet wird. Der englische Begriff lautet Large Language Models Grooming. Was hei\u00dft das? Der Online-Raum wird mit irref\u00fchrenden Ideen \u00fcberschwemmt \u2013 mit Dingen, die nie passiert sind, mit Unwahrheiten, mit extrem aufgeheizten Meinungen. Aber diese Flut soll nicht die Aufmerksamkeit der Nutzer fangen, sondern die gro\u00dfen Sprachmodelle infizieren, sie verschmutzen. So wird erzwungen, dass ein Chatbot wie ChatGPT auf die Frage nach den Gr\u00fcnden f\u00fcr den russischen \u00dcberfall auf die Ukraine eine Antwort gibt, die von den Narrativen gepr\u00e4gt ist, mit denen er infiziert wurde. Fr\u00fcher konnte es passieren, dass bei einer Google-Suche Links mit der offiziellen Rhetorik des Kreml auftauchten \u2013 aber man hatte eine Wahl. Man konnte mehrere Seiten pr\u00fcfen.
