MEETING A new meeting brought together in
\nSnagov, close to Bucharest, on Friday representatives of Romania, Bulgaria,
\nGreece and Serbia. Prime ministers Viorica Dancila, Boiko Borisov, Alexis
\nTsipras and Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic held talks on the headway made
\nin several joint regional projects in the fields of transportation,

AMENDMENTS The government in Bucharest on
\nFriday amended a series of emergency ordinances, including the controversial 114
\ncomprising fiscal measures. Introduced late
\nlast year, the ordinance attracted a lot of heat from the business environment
\nin Romania. According to the government, the new amendments are based on the
\nopinions of those involved, with whom representatives of the ruling coalition have

\nDonald Tusk, has called an emergency leaders’ summit on April 10th after
\nBritish Parliament on Friday rejected for the third time the withdrawal
\nagreement. British Prime Minister Theresa May has voiced her deep regret for
\nthe vote on Friday. According to a spokesperson for the government, Theresa May
\nwill continue efforts to get her deal past the Commons. Under a decision made
\nby the European leaders at their latest summit in case of a new rejection,
\nBritain could crash out of the bloc on April 12. A Commission spokesman has
\nsaid shortly after the vote thatthe
\nEU has been preparing for a ‘no-deal’ scenario since December 2017 and is now
\nfully prepared for it. He has cautioned that a transition period will in no
