Romania’s handball side Dinamo
\nBucure\u015fti is very close to qualification for the Champions League play-off. The
\nRomanian side ended in a 31-all draw the game they played against their
\nHungarian opponent Veszpr\u00e9m. Ukrainian Andrii Akimenko scored most of the goals
\nfor Dinamo, seven. <\/p>\n

After the game, Veszprem lost
\ntheir first position in the Group A ranking. Four legs before the final
\nmatches, Dinamo ranks fourth in the group with 11 points. The sides ranking
\nthird, fourth, fifth and sixth have qualified for the play-offs and the
\nRomanian side can be only theoretically outperformed by Wisla Plock, currently
\nranking seventh. We recall that Wisla with five points have lost both matches
\nagainst the Romanian side. After a break the competition is to resume on
\nFebruary 8th, when Dinamo take on FC Porto in an away game. FC Porto

CFR Cluj on Thursday secured a 1-0
\nwin in the derby of the Romanian Football Superleague against FCSB. Rangelo
\nJanga scored for the champs in the 69th minute of the game. The game
\non Thursday was a remaining match of the championships’ 9th leg. CFR
\nare presently boasting 44 points, same as the leader Farul Constanta, but they
\nare ranking second with a lower goal average. Rapid Bucharest come in third
\nwith 37 points while FCSB fourth with 35 with the same number of points as
\nUniversitatea Craiova<\/p>\n

This weekend will be seeing the
\ngames counting towards the 21st leg of the Superleague, the last
\nthis year. On Friday FC Voluntari takes on Farul Constanta, while on Saturday,
\nSepsi take on Universitatea Cluj in a home game, while Universitatea Craiova on
\ntheir own turf play Chindia Targoviste. On Sunday, in Pitesti, local side FC
\nArges are up against CS Mioveni, while in Ploie\u015fti, southern Romania, local
\nside Petrolul take on FC U Craiova. On Monday the National Arena in Bucharest
\nhosts the match pitching FC Boto\u015fani against local side FCSB. The leg’s last
\ngame will take place on Tuesday when CFR Cluj play Hermannstadt. <\/p>\n
