\n17, the president of the Romanian Cycling Federation Eduard Novak takes part in
\nthe Para-cycling Track World Championships in the Dutch town of Appeldoorn. Novak’s
\nset objective is to walk home with a medal. 42-year old Novak is the only
\nParalympics champion in Romanian cycling. Novak will compete in four events:
\n4-kilometer track, 1-kilometer individual, scratch and omnium. <\/p>\n
