\nedition of the European Aerobic Gymnastics Championship held in Baku,
\nAzerbaijan. Andreea Bogati, Dacian Barna, Gabriel Bocser, Mihai Popa, Marian
\nBrotei won gold in the group event. Romania won silver in the team event, after
\nRussia and Hungary. In the aerobic dance final, Bianca Becze, Sandra Dinca,
\nIzabela Dumitrascu, Szofia Meszar, Teea Milea, Sarmiza Niculescu, Flavia Dentar
\nand Steliana Stoenescu grabbed bronze. In the mixed pair event, Andreea Bogati
\nand Dacian Barna grabbed bronze. Finally, in the trio event, Andreea Bogati,
\nMarian Brotei and Mihai Popa also grabbed bronze. At the same time, Baku played
\nhost to the European Aerobic Gymnastics Championships for cadets, where Romania

FC Viitorul Constanta
\nhas for the first time won the Romanian Cup, after winning 2-1 against Astra
\nGiurgiu after extra time. Scoring for Astra was Denis Alibec on minute 41, but
\nViitorul evened the odds in the second half, Virgil Ghita scoring on minute 76.
\nThe winning goal was scored by Eric De Oliveria in the second half of extra
\ntime. With this win Viitorul Constanta has secured qualification in the second
