Romanian mens handball team Dinamo Bucharest on Thursday grabbed a 32-27 home win against Polish opponents Wisla Plock. The fixture counted towards Champions Leagues group A. Wisla Plock drew first blood, but Dinamo came from behind and secured the lead all throughout the game. Dinamo have thus succeeded their third group win and the second consecutive win in the competition. Dinamos top scorer were the Serbian Lazar Kukic, with 7 goals and Nicu\u015for Negru, with 6. In news from womens basketball, in a match counting towards Group C as part of FIBA EuroBasket 2023 preliminaries, in Timisoara, in the west, Romanias national team on Thursday was defeated by Hungary, 99-40.
