\nand 6th-placed teams will prove their mettle in the playoffs for a

Three Romanian
\nteams play in Europe’s second-tier competition, the EHF European League. On
\nSaturday, in Group D, CSM T\u00e2rgu Jiu play a home match against Norway’s Sola. After
\nthe first three rounds, CSM Targu jIu were unable to add a point to their record
\nsheet. In Croatia on Sunday, Dun\u0103rea Br\u0103ila face Group B’s bottom-of-the-table
\nteam, Lokomotiva Zagreb. With four points, Dunarea Braila are the runner-up
\nteam in the group, after Th\u00fcringer of Germany. Also on Sunday, Gloria Bistri\u0163a play an away game against French team Nantes.
\nIn Group C, with an equal number of points, five, Gloria and Nantes are at the

\ncounting the 24th round as part of Romanian Football Super league
\nare scheduled at the weekend. On Friday, FC Boto\u015fani play Poli Iasi and FC U
\nCraiova face Dinamo Bucharest. On Saturday in Ploiesti the local side Petrolul take
\non CFR Cluj, then in Bucharest, Rapid face O\u0163elul Gala\u0163i. On Sunday, Universitatea
\nCluj play a home game against UTA, while in Sf\u00e2ntu Gheorghe, Universitatea
\nCraiova play Sepsi. On Monday, FC Voluntari are pitted against Hermannstadt and
\nFCSB play Farul Constan\u0163a. 11
