Young footballer Virgiliu Postolachi, who is 18 and was born in the Republic of Moldova, on Tuesday was granted Romanian citizenship, according to a message posted by the Romanian Embassy in Paris on its Facebook page and quoted by Agerpress news agency.<\/p>\n

Postolachi is currently signed up by French champions PSG. Postolachi has so far played 6 matches for PSG in the Youth League\u2019s previous season, scoring 2 goals. His record includes two French champion titles in the under-17 juniors category. In the summer Postolachi joined PSG\u2019s first team for regular training sessions, in the absence of the star footballers who played in the World Cup and who had an extended vacation.<\/p>\n
