The Romanian-Ukrainian pair defeated 7-6, 5-7, 10-8 the pair made up of the Japanese Makoto Ninomiya and Liudmila Kicenok, Nadia Kicenoks twin sister. Gloria Buz\u0103u has won, for the first time, the Romanian Cup in womens handball, after they surprisingly defeated champions CSM Bucharest 35-29, on Sunday, in Br\u0103ila. Gloria, that also won Romania\u2019s Super Cup on this occasion, led most of the time, having the upper hand over a Bucharest team with a modest defensive game. The best players from the winning team were the goalkeeper Marta Zderic-Batinovic and the center player M\u0103d\u0103lina Zamfirescu, who scored 8 goals. At the weekend, games were played counting for the 7th stage of the Romanian First League football championship. FC Arge\u015f beat Dinamo 2-0, and Universitatea Craiova won against Rapid 2-1.
