To prepare it, we need one kilo of string beans, a little mayonnaise jar and a garlic clove. Remove the strings, wash the string beans, then boil them in water with a little bit of salt. If the bean pods are too long, cut them in smaller bits. As soon as they boiled, collect the string beans with a skimmer and allow them to cool. Drain the string beans, then mix the mayonnaise and the mashed garlic into the string beans. Add a little bit of salt, then serve them as a starter. A peeled, finely-cut tomato can also be added to the mix, as well as some fresh, finely-chopped dill.<\/p>\n

String beans with meat are a staple dish. You can use beef or pork, but chicken breast or drumsticks are used to prepare it. We need one, one and a half kilo of string beans and three drumsticks. Allow the chicken to boil. Make sure you skim off the emerging foam. Add the string beans, having washed them and removed the strings. Allow them to simmer for a while. In order to get more flavor, add some finely-chopped cloves. When you think the string beans boiled long enough, add a bit of tomato paste or tomato juice. You can also add some fresh, finely-chopped dill and salt to taste. Allow the string beans to boil on low heat a little longer. Serve immediately.<\/p>\n
