The Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) held its first ever summit in Constan\u021ba, on the shores of the Black Sea, an area that lies at the epicenter of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Members of the U.S. Congress, senior-level
\ngovernment officials from the region, and key international partners came
\ntogether in a roundtable format to underscore the critical importance of the
\nBlack Sea region to European peace and security, and to establish a
\nsustainable, collective approach to ending Russian aggression and enhancing
