\ngovernment adopted a document recognizing that the Romanian minority in Ukraine
\nspeaks Romanian, and not Moldovan. The list of documents signed at the end of
\nthe joint meeting of the two executives also includes a Protocol on the
\nreadmission of persons, a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the
\ndefense industry and a Memorandum of Understanding in the pharmaceutical field.

\nIsrael and the Palestinians blame each other. The attack was condemned by the
