Based on your written choices, we will designate the \u201cPersonality of the Year 2013 on RRI\u201d. Who might that person be, and, more importantly, why? Is he or she a politician, an opinion leader, a businessperson, an athlete, an artist, a scholar, or even someone who is not necessarily known to the public, but who has an exemplary story?
