In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme to make the marinade.<br \/>\n2. Place the lamb steaks in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.<br \/>\n3. Pour the marinade over the lamb steaks, making sure they are evenly coated. Massage the marinade into the meat.<br \/>\n4. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.<br \/>\n5. When ready to cook, remove the lamb steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.<br \/>\n7. Season the lamb steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.<br \/>\n8. Place the lamb steaks on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer according to your preference, flipping them only once.<br \/>\n9. Once cooked to your liking, remove the lamb steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.<br \/>\n10. Serve the lamb steaks hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
