In the qualifiers\u2019 last round she outperformed Alexandra Eala of the Philippines 3-6, 6-1, 6-4. Gabriela has thus won 100,000 dollars and 40 WTA points, being the third Romanian on the main board of the singles contest, after those directly qualified, Ana Bogdan and Jaqueline Cristian, respectively.<\/p>\n
Romania\u2019s under-23 crew of four on Thursday walked away with gold from the World Rowing Championships held in St. Catherines, Canada.
