Romania obtained two silver medals at the European Table Tennis Championships, which ended in Linz, Austria on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Both medals were won by Bernadette Szocs in the women\u2019s singles and doubles. In the doubles, the Romanian and Austrian Sofia Polcanova were outperformed by the Czechoslovakian pair Hana Matelova \/ Barbora Balazova 3-2.<\/p>\n
In the singles finals, the Romanian player lost to her colleague in the doubles, Sofia Polcanova, who won the match 4-1.<\/p>\n
Corona Bra\u015fov has qualified for the third round of the Ice Hockey Continental Cup after a 6-3 win against the Lithuanian side Energija Elektrenai.<\/p>\n
