We begin in the heart of Bucharest, revisiting the 1930s vision of Mayor D.I. Dobrescu to turn the D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba River into a vibrant leisure hub. By looking at modern NGO initiatives and the &#8220;concrete barrier&#8221; that currently divides the city, we discuss the potential for a greener, more accessible urban landscape.<\/p>\n<p>The conversation then shifts toward cultural identity and sustainability with Professor Sigurjon Hafsteinsson.
