Y, de los 197 votos v\u00e1lidos emitidos, 182 fueron \u00aba favor\u00bb de la investidura y 15 \u00aben contra\u00bb. Para ser investido, este Gobierno necesitaba un m\u00ednimo de 233 votos a favor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En consecuencia, el presidente Nicu\u015for Dan ha convocado de nuevo a los partidos parlamentarios este lunes para celebrar consultas, con el fin de designar a un nuevo primer ministro que intente formar una mayor\u00eda, cinco meses despu\u00e9s de la destituci\u00f3n, mediante una moci\u00f3n de censura, del actual Gobierno formado por el PNL, la USR y la UDMR, que desde entonces funciona de forma interina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El eurodiputado Siegfried Mure\u0219an fue la tercera propuesta presentada por el jefe de Estado. La primera fue la de otro eurodiputado, Eugen Tomac, que no pertenece a ninguno de los partidos con representaci\u00f3n parlamentaria, y la segunda, la de un liberal, Adrian Ve\u0219tea, repudiado incluso por una parte de sus propios compa\u00f1eros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Convencido de que no podr\u00eda obtener la mayor\u00eda, Tomac present\u00f3 su dimisi\u00f3n antes de acudir al Parlamento para solicitar un voto de confianza para su equipo. En cuanto al gabinete formado por Ve\u0219tea, este fue rechazado en la votaci\u00f3n, al igual que el que Siegfried Mure\u0219an present\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles en el Parlamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Seg\u00fan la Constituci\u00f3n, si el Parlamento rechaza en dos ocasiones a un primer ministro designado, el presidente del pa\u00eds puede disolver el Parlamento y convocar elecciones anticipadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sin embargo, Nicu\u0219or Dan rechaza ese escenario y tiene previsto presentar una cuarta candidatura la semana que viene. Afirma que la convocatoria de elecciones anticipadas provocar\u00eda una inestabilidad total y bloquear\u00eda la rectificaci\u00f3n presupuestaria, que deber\u00eda realizarse con car\u00e1cter urgente. Adem\u00e1s, traza una l\u00ednea roja al condicionar la formaci\u00f3n de la futura mayor\u00eda al aislamiento pol\u00edtico de los nacionalistas de la Alianza para la Uni\u00f3n de los Rumanos (AUR).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El jefe de Estado afirma que tiene el deber de respetar el mandato que ha recibido de los ciudadanos, centrado en mantener la orientaci\u00f3n prooccidental del pa\u00eds, mientras que la AUR \u2014que qued\u00f3 en segundo lugar en las preferencias de los rumanos en las \u00faltimas elecciones parlamentarias, tras el PSD\u2014 no cumplir\u00eda esta condici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sin embargo, la l\u00ednea roja de Nicu\u0219or Dan complica los c\u00e1lculos para un futuro Gobierno con plenos poderes, despu\u00e9s de que la AUR haya trazado su propia l\u00ednea roja: no votar\u00e1 a favor de ning\u00fan ejecutivo hasta que el antiguo candidato a las elecciones presidenciales anuladas de 2024, C\u0103lin Georgescu, sea puesto en libertad tras la detenci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas a la que fue sometido a principios de esta semana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En consecuencia, la escena pol\u00edtica parece seguir estancada. El PSD sostiene que est\u00e1 preparado para construir una alternativa a la austeridad aplicada hasta ahora, mediante un programa que relance la econom\u00eda y devuelva a los rumanos la confianza y la esperanza&#8230; pero, por s\u00ed solo, no cuenta con mayor\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A su vez, el PNL, la USR y la UDMR \u2014que, juntos, tampoco cuentan con mayor\u00eda parlamentaria\u2014 se han negado, al menos hasta ahora, a volver a formar parte de un ejecutivo con el PSD, su socio de gobierno hasta la primavera pasada.
