{"id":209228,"date":"2021-10-27T13:07:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T10:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devrri.freshlemon.ro\/actualidad\/acuerdo-sobre-el-gas-natural-del-mar-negro-id209228.html"},"modified":"2024-02-21T14:41:30","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T12:41:30","slug":"acuerdo-sobre-el-gas-natural-del-mar-negro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rri.ro\/es\/actualidad\/tema-del-dia\/acuerdo-sobre-el-gas-natural-del-mar-negro-id209228.html","title":{"rendered":"Acuerdo sobre el gas natural del mar Negro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=justify class=western lang=es-ES-u-co-trad style=margin-bottom: 0.35cm; direction: ltr; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 22px; background: transparent; font-family: Calibri, serif; font-size: 11pt;>\n<p>En pleno caos en el mercado mundial de los precios de la electricidad y el gas, el anuncio del martes, en Bucarest, tiene el valor de una enorme boca de ox\u00edgeno: el productor de gas natural Romgaz, la mayor empresa estatal que cotiza en la Bolsa de Valores de Bucarest, controlada a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Energ\u00eda, y ExxonMobil han finalizado las negociaciones para la adquisici\u00f3n total, por parte de la empresa rumana, de la participaci\u00f3n del 50 % del gigante petrolero estadounidense en el proyecto Neptune Deep de explotaci\u00f3n de gas natural en el mar Negro. Se espera que la transacci\u00f3n, cuyo valor no se ha hecho p\u00fablico, se complete en el primer trimestre del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, ExxonMobil y OMV Petrom son socios iguales en el proyecto de gran profundidad del mar Negro, donde se encontrar\u00edan hasta 84.000 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de gas natural. Ruman\u00eda consume 11.000 millones al a\u00f1o. Una vez completada la transacci\u00f3n entre ExxonMobil y Romgaz, OMV Petrom, la compa\u00f1\u00eda de energ\u00eda m\u00e1s grande del sudeste de Europa, se convertir\u00eda en el operador del per\u00edmetro Neptun Deep. Su desarrollo equivaldr\u00eda a la primera producci\u00f3n de hidrocarburos en aguas profundas de Ruman\u00eda. El costo de un proyecto de este tipo en el \u00e1rea de aguas profundas puede alcanzar varios miles de millones de d\u00f3lares. Por ejemplo, el per\u00edmetro de Neptun est\u00e1 a 200 kil\u00f3metros de la tierra y se debe construir toda la infraestructura, incluidas las tuber\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, la publicaci\u00f3n especializada Petroleum Economist, citada por <a href=http:\/\/www.profit.ro\/>www.profit.ro<\/a>, estimaba que una transacci\u00f3n entre Romgaz y ExxonMobil podr\u00eda desbloquear el potencial en alta mar de Ruman\u00eda y convertirla en el mayor productor de gas de la Uni\u00f3n Europea a finales de esta d\u00e9cada, dado que la explotaci\u00f3n de los yacimientos comenzar\u00eda, posiblemente, en 2026. Ruman\u00eda podr\u00eda independizarse del gas ruso e incluso exportar entre el 20 y el 25 % de la producci\u00f3n nacional. Adem\u00e1s, se intensificar\u00e1 la competencia regional.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Estoy seguro de que, en un futuro pr\u00f3ximo, Romgaz y OMV Petrom ser\u00e1n socios iguales en el proyecto Neptun Deep de aguas profundas. Se han dado pasos importantes para que el gas del mar Negro llegue a los hogares de los rumanos, ha escrito en Facebook el ministro interino de Energ\u00eda, Virgil Popescu.
