Hoy&#8230;\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lleg\u00f3 por primera vez a Ruman\u00eda en julio de 1989. Era un joven secretario de Embajada y c\u00f3nsul, y nuestro pa\u00eds era su primer destino como diplom\u00e1tico. Ruman\u00eda parec\u00eda entonces un lugar tranquilo para empezar la carrera diplom\u00e1tica, y no se habr\u00eda imaginado que iba a ser testigo de uno de los momentos m\u00e1s importantes en la historia moderna de nuestro pa\u00eds, la Revoluci\u00f3n rumana de 1989.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Ahora est\u00e1 nuevamente en Ruman\u00eda, representando a su pa\u00eds. 26 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, el Excmo. Sr. Ramiro Fern\u00e1ndez Bachiller, embajador de Espa\u00f1a en Ruman\u00eda, ha ofrecido una interesante entrevista a esta emisora sobre su estancia anterior aqu\u00ed y la imagen de Ruman\u00eda en aquella \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, su excelencia ha hablado de las medidas que tuvo que aplicar la Embajada para los ciudadanos espa\u00f1oles residentes aqu\u00ed en el momento de la Revoluci\u00f3n, de c\u00f3mo han evolucionado las relaciones bilaterales, y de los pr\u00f3ximos proyectos de la Embajada.
