{"id":543085,"date":"2015-03-28T13:15:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-28T11:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devrri.freshlemon.ro\/actualidad\/la-cocina-esta-viva-no-hay-nada-cerrado-todo-esta-abierto-id543085.html"},"modified":"2024-02-21T22:08:24","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T20:08:24","slug":"la-cocina-esta-viva-no-hay-nada-cerrado-todo-esta-abierto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rri.ro\/es\/panorama-rumano\/de-todo-un-poco\/la-cocina-esta-viva-no-hay-nada-cerrado-todo-esta-abierto-id543085.html","title":{"rendered":"\u201cLa cocina est\u00e1 viva, no hay nada cerrado, todo est\u00e1 abierto\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto Cervantes de Bucarest, con el apoyo de un restaurante espa\u00f1ol de la capital rumana, organiz\u00f3 un taller de gastronom\u00eda sobre tapas y vinos espa\u00f1oles, a cargo de Chef Marcos Antonio Cano Ruiz y de Eduardo Garc\u00eda del Amo, representante de las bodegas espa\u00f1olas que ofrecieron sus vinos para el taller.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de haber aprendido a preparar cinco tapas distintas, los participantes tuvieron la oportunidad de probarlas y de catar varios vinos espa\u00f1oles.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas personas quieren aprender, est\u00e1n muy interesadas en ver cocinas distintas, elaboraciones distintas, sabores distintos\u201d, ha contado Chef Marcos Antonio Cano Ruiz en una entrevista concedida a nuestra emisora. Aunque sea bastante complicado preparar en Ruman\u00eda los platos t\u00edpicos de Espa\u00f1a, no es imposible.
