{"id":545960,"date":"2017-03-20T10:35:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-20T08:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devrri.freshlemon.ro\/actualidad\/curarse-en-salud-34-id545960.html"},"modified":"2024-02-21T22:35:12","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T20:35:12","slug":"curarse-en-salud-34","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rri.ro\/es\/panorama-rumano\/salud\/curarse-en-salud-34-id545960.html","title":{"rendered":"Curarse en salud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nos sirve de excusa, que el pasado 14 de marzo se dedique el d\u00eda a recordar la importancia de su prevenci\u00f3n, pero su importancia la da un argumento de peso: son la principal causa de defunci\u00f3n en todo el mundo. Hablamos de las enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Estas, son un conjunto de trastornos del coraz\u00f3n y de los vasos sangu\u00edneos, afectan en mucha mayor medida a los pa\u00edses de ingresos bajos y medianos: m\u00e1s del 80% de las defunciones por esta causa se producen en esos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Las enfermedades cardiovasculares se deben a trastornos del coraz\u00f3n y los vasos sangu\u00edneos. Entre ellos destacan: las cardiopat\u00edas coronarias (ataques cardiacos); las enfermedades cerebrovasculares (apoplej\u00eda); el aumento de la tensi\u00f3n arterial (hipertensi\u00f3n); las vasculopat\u00edas perif\u00e9ricas; las cardiopat\u00edas reum\u00e1ticas; las cardiopat\u00edas cong\u00e9nitas; y la insuficiencia cardiaca.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Las principales causas de enfermedad vascular son el consumo de tabaco, la falta de actividad f\u00edsica y una alimentaci\u00f3n poco saludable.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, los mensajes fundamentales para proteger la salud card\u00edaca que recoge en su web la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud son:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>El consumo de tabaco, una dieta malsana y la inactividad f\u00edsica aumentan el riesgo de infartos de miocardio y accidentes cerebrovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>La realizaci\u00f3n de actividad f\u00edsica durante al menos 30 minutos todos los d\u00edas de la semana ayuda a prevenir los infartos de miocardio y los accidentes cerebrovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p style=margin-left:-18.0pt;>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Comer al menos cinco raciones de frutas y hortalizas al d\u00eda y limitar el consumo de sal a menos de una cucharilla al d\u00eda tambi\u00e9n ayuda a prevenir los infartos de miocardio y los accidentes cerebrovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Unos mensajes que coinciden con la pr\u00e1ctica totalidad de asociaciones y fundaciones del coraz\u00f3n y en definitiva el mensaje que se intenta transmitir en d\u00edas en los que se intenta concienciar a la poblaci\u00f3n sobre la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo recoge tambi\u00e9n en su web la Fundaci\u00f3n Rumana del Coraz\u00f3n, a la ustedes pueden acceder para obtener informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre los principales aspectos que destaca en la lucha contra las enfermedades cardiovasculares, y que no son otros que: la importancia de tener una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, la realizaci\u00f3n de deporte o alg\u00fan tipo de ejercicio f\u00edsico, abandonar el tabaco, controlar el nivel de colesterol, los niveles de glucosa en sangre y la tensi\u00f3n arterial.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: OMS, Fundaci\u00f3n Rumana del Coraz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Hasta aqu\u00ed nuestro programa de hoy.
