La Plaza Tricolor que le precede, la fuente Sarindar, que lleva este nombre por el monasterio que estaba situado en ese lugar, y las escalinatas que conducen a su fachada lo hacen especial. Sus vecinos, tambi\u00e9n. El hotel Capitol, el hotel y cafeteria Casa Capsa, o el Gran Hotel Bulevar son los apropiados compa\u00f1eros de este c\u00e9ntrico lugar. Si pasa por all\u00ed, es muy probable que se saque una foto con este edificio de fondo y si coincide con la hora de la comida, posiblemente decida comer alg\u00fan plato tradicional en su restaurante o en verano, tomar una limonada o una bere (una cerveza) fresca en su terraza. Su belleza exterior es s\u00f3lo el anticipo de lo que se puede encontrar en su interior.
