Se encuentra entre los barrios de Crangasi, Giulesti, Militari y la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Bucarest. Se construy\u00f3 en 1986 y es un lago de acumulaci\u00f3n. Su objetivo era proteger a la ciudad de las inundaciones, de un posible desbordamiento del r\u00edo Dambovita y por lo tanto, proporciona un flujo constante de agua a este.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p style=box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; word-spacing: 2px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p style=box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; word-spacing: 2px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);>Est\u00e1 rodeado por un ancho paseo por el que se puede dar la vuelta completa a la casi totalidad del lago, incluyendo una pen\u00ednsula que se adentra m\u00ednimamente en este. Una pen\u00ednsula o isla que fue dise\u00f1ada como \u00e1rea de atracci\u00f3n en la que a\u00fan se conserva un pabell\u00f3n de estilo romano, unos arcos y un muelle.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p style=box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; word-spacing: 2px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p style=box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; word-spacing: 2px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);>Podr\u00eda ser un lago m\u00e1s.
