Dividido en siete \u00e1reas en el centro de la capital rumana, incluyendo el Bulevar Kiseleff en continuaci\u00f3n con Calea Victoriei y hasta el r\u00edo Dambovita, estas \u00e1reas se encuentran abiertas a los peatones los s\u00e1bados y domingos de 11 de la ma\u00f1ana a 11 de la noche. Con ello no s\u00f3lo se permite a los bucarestinos y visitantes disfrutar del aire libre sino tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad para las comunidades de estas zonas de organizar eventos en el espacio p\u00fablico.
