Il pr\u00e9cise avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 par la Garde c\u00f4ti\u00e8re de la pr\u00e9sence du drone, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres des travaux d\u2019extraction de gaz men\u00e9s sur la plateforme Neptun Deep, dans la zone \u00e9conomique exclusive, \u00e0 80 milles \u00e0 l\u2019est de Constan\u021ba. Une cellule de commandement a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place au sein du minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense, qui a demand\u00e9 au niveau de l\u2019OTAN, le transfert du commandement \u00e0 l\u2019Arm\u00e9e roumaine. A l\u2019issue des analyses et en coordination avec le pr\u00e9sident de la Roumanie, la d\u00e9cision de d\u00e9truire le drone a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise afin de prot\u00e9ger la vie des plusieurs centaines de personnes travaillant sur la plateforme et de s\u00e9curiser l\u2019infrastructure critique. Pour ce faire, deux avions de chasse F\u201116 roumains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9s en mission, avec ordre de tir.
