{"id":384284,"date":"2014-04-17T14:22:00","date_gmt":"2014-04-17T11:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devrri.freshlemon.ro\/le-roumain-mot-a-mot\/consulter-les-lecons\/en-joli-train-id384284.html"},"modified":"2014-04-17T14:22:00","modified_gmt":"2014-04-17T11:22:00","slug":"en-joli-train","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rri.ro\/fr\/chroniques-hebdomadaires\/la-roumanie-chez-elle\/en-joli-train-id384284.html","title":{"rendered":"En joli train"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Forte d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience solide dans la fabrication de mat\u00e9riel ferroviaire roulant la ville de Craiova revient en force sur le devant de la sc\u00e8ne industrielle avec le projet Hyperion: la premi\u00e8re rame automotrice \u00e9lectrique fabriqu\u00e9e en Roumanie, depuis 1990.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p> En 2009, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e, \u00e0 capital roumain, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Craiova d\u00e9marrait le projet Hyperion, un train \u00e9lectrique dot\u00e9e de moteurs asynchrones, hautement performants. Investissement total: 10 millions d\u2019euros, le prix de vente \u00e9tant estim\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 5 millions d\u2019euros. La partie conception a \u00e9t\u00e9 co-financ\u00e9e par des fonds europ\u00e9ens, Softronic ayant par la suite support\u00e9 lensemble des co\u00fbts de fabrication. Et les efforts semblent avoir port\u00e9 leurs fruits.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Radu Zlatian, un des consultants de la compagnie explique:<em>\u00ab Le train Hyperion est le plus moderne d\u2019Europe, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u entre 2009 et 2010 suivant les derni\u00e8res exigences techniques et les r\u00e9glementations les plus r\u00e9centes \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Hyperion inclut les meilleurs composants fabriqu\u00e9s par les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s europ\u00e9ennes les plus importantes du secteur. La rame automotrice \u00e9lectrique fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 Craiova est dot\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9quipements tr\u00e8s modernes &#8211; Wifi, \u00e9clairage en fonction de la lumi\u00e8re naturelle, conduite simplifi\u00e9e, syst\u00e8me vid\u00e9o pour la communication avec les passagers. Et ce n\u2019est pas tout, explique encore Radu Zlatian : \u00ab Ce <em>train \u00e0 quatre voitures consomme trois fois moins d\u00e9nergie qu\u2019un train classique transportant le m\u00eame nombre de passagers, soit 180. <\/em><em>La traction ferroviaire \u00e9lectrique comporte des avantages \u00e9conomiques et du point de vue de la pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement \u00bb. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Hyperion doit assurer la liaison Motru-Craiova-Bucarest, soit environ 330 kilom\u00e8tres. Sil peut atteindre 160 km\/h, la vitesse de croisi\u00e8re sera celle permise par le r\u00e9seau sur ce trajet, il y a des tron\u00e7ons o\u00f9 le train pourra aller \u00e0 120 km\/h, dautres o\u00f9 il ne pourra d\u00e9passer 30 km\/h.  Hyperion ne se distinguera donc pas vraiment, c\u00f4t\u00e9 vitesse de croisi\u00e8re, des locomotives et voitures neuves ou modernis\u00e9es de CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori, la branche voyageurs de la compagnie nationale des chemins de fer, l\u2019infrastructure ferroviaire du pays ne permettant pas de d\u00e9passer 140 km\/h sur les voies.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>En effet, selon un communiqu\u00e9 CFR Infrastructur\u0103, la branche infrastructures des chemins de fer nationaux<em> \u00ab le r\u00e9seau ferroviaire roumain <\/em>(qui s\u00e9tend sur 19.977,11 kilom\u00e8tres) <em>est confront\u00e9 non seulement \u00e0 un sous- mais aussi \u00e0 des vols et destructions d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019infrastructures. (\u2026) Ceci \u00e9tant, plusieurs projets de modernisation visant \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la vitesse de croisi\u00e8re des trains <\/em><em>sont en d\u00e9roulement ou en train d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s ou lanc\u00e9s \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame en l\u2019absence d\u2019une infrastructure ad\u00e9quate, selon Radu Zlatian : \u00ab <em> La vitesse maximale d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule est assur\u00e9e par le constructeur justement pour aboutir \u00e0 des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations et des d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rations tr\u00e8s rapides, de sorte que les arr\u00eats et les d\u00e9parts aient lieu dans les meilleures conditions \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p> Radu Zlatian d\u00e9plore cependant qu<em>\u00ab<\/em> e<em>n Roumanie, comme dans dautres pays moins d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s que les pays de lOuest, le transport ferroviaire ne cesse de r\u00e9gresser, le nombre de voyageurs et la quantit\u00e9 de marchandises transport\u00e9s par voie ferr\u00e9e diminuant d\u2019une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019autre.
