{"id":398174,"date":"2014-03-06T15:01:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-06T13:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/devrri.freshlemon.ro\/le-roumain-mot-a-mot\/consulter-les-lecons\/succes-de-lindustrie-automobile-roumaine-id398174.html"},"modified":"2014-03-06T15:01:00","modified_gmt":"2014-03-06T13:01:00","slug":"succes-de-lindustrie-automobile-roumaine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rri.ro\/fr\/actualites\/les-dossiers-de-lactualite\/succes-de-lindustrie-automobile-roumaine-id398174.html","title":{"rendered":"Succ\u00e8s de l\u2019industrie automobile roumaine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s de longs mois pendant lesquels les gouvernants roumains, d\u00e9boussol\u00e9s, essayaient de choisir une variante capable de conclure le Corridor pan-europ\u00e9en IV et unir N\u00e0dlac (\u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re ouest) \u00e0 Constanta (sud-est, principale porte maritime), les autorit\u00e9s de Bucarest ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reporter la construction de l\u2019autoroute Sibiu-Pitesti reliant le sud au centre du pays.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision a m\u00e9content\u00e9 des milliers de salari\u00e9s des usines DACIA de Roumanie d\u00e9tenues par le consortium fran\u00e7ais RENAULT qui ont organis\u00e9 une protestation d\u2019ampleur. Ils sont, aussi, m\u00e9contents du non-respect de l\u2019engagement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la modification de la l\u00e9gislation de l\u2019emploi et des relations industrielles. Cette protestation est la premi\u00e8re d\u2019une s\u00e9rie annonc\u00e9e par le Bloc National Syndical qui repr\u00e9sente les salari\u00e9s de plusieurs secteurs industriels.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019opinion du leader Dumitru Costin les prestations des politiciens ce dernier temps ont accentu\u00e9 le m\u00e9contentement des salari\u00e9s : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Si nous reportons le financement du tron\u00e7on d\u2019autoroute Pitesti-Sibiu en 2020, alors il est bien clair que nous allons, bient\u00f4t, nous pr\u00e9parer pour le ch\u00f4mage et pour des pertes d\u2019emplois dans l\u2019industrie automobile et de composantes auto de Roumanie. Si les gouvernants le veulent ainsi, qu\u2019ils nous le disent, au moins, carr\u00e9ment : Oui, vous \u00e9tiez utiles pendant toutes ces ann\u00e9es de crise, vous, ceux de l\u2019industrie auto, vous avez port\u00e9 le fardeau du budget de la Roumanie, mais maintenant nous n\u2019avons plus besoin de vous.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Estim\u00e9 par l\u2019UE comme un projet prioritaire, l\u2019autoroute Pitesti-Sibiu est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour RENAULT et, selon les Fran\u00e7ais, elle repr\u00e9senterait des diminutions de d\u00e9penses et de temps en mati\u00e8re de transport des v\u00e9hicules ainsi que d\u2019approvisionnement. Ces points seraient vitaux, \u00e9galement, pour le deuxi\u00e8me investisseur auto de Roumanie, FORD, dont la fabrique se trouve \u00e0 Craiova. La compagnie am\u00e9ricaine a d\u00e9plor\u00e9, elle aussi, l\u2019absence d\u2019infrastructure mena\u00e7ant de partir si les choses ne changent pas.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e9sent, une autoroute part de Constanta, passe par Bucarest et s\u2019arr\u00eate \u00e0 Pitesti. Sa continuation vers Sibiu serait n\u00e9cessaire mais, dans l\u2019opinion des autorit\u00e9s roumaines, celle-ci serait trop ch\u00e8re, compte tenu du tron\u00e7on Sibiu-Brasov, estim\u00e9 comme moins cher. Mails, malheureusement, l\u2019autoroute Bucarest-Brasov n\u2019est pas termin\u00e9e, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du segment jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Ploiesti (60 kilom\u00e8tres). Quelle que soit la variante choisie par les gouvernants, elle doit faciliter la route vers l\u2019Europe o\u00f9 DACIA continue d\u2019avoir des ventes assez bonnes, en d\u00e9pit de la crise.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Les ventes DACIA ont enregistr\u00e9 en janvier la progression la plus significative de l\u2019UE et la part de march\u00e9 du constructeur autochtone  d\u2019automobiles a augmente de 2,2% \u00e0 3%. En 2013 on a immatricul\u00e9 plus de 297 milliers de voitures DACIA dans les 29 Etats europ\u00e9ens, en croissance de 22,8% par rapport \u00e0 2012. Tout cela dans les circonstances o\u00f9 le march\u00e9 auto roumain a enregistr\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re une chute de 13%.
