Plusieurs hauts responsables roumains ont derni\u00e8rement fait l\u2019objet de controverses ou m\u00eame d\u2019enqu\u00eates apr\u00e8s avoir trafiqu\u00e9 leurs th\u00e8ses ou plagi\u00e9 des contenus. Pourquoi les Roumains se passionnent-ils pour les doctorats ? Pourquoi est-il utile d\u2019en avoir un ?
