On d\u00e9bat tr\u00e8s souvent de politiques, qu&rsquo;elles concernent l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, le social, l&rsquo;Europe ou encore le travail. En revanche, on oublie tr\u00e8s souvent de s&rsquo;interroger sur le fonctionnement des institutions d\u00e9cisionnelles.
