Remuez  et au bout d\u2019une dizaines de seconde, y ajoutez un verre d\u2019eau, le verre de vin, les feuilles de laurier et les grains de poivre. Coupez deux tranches de citron, retirez le zeste, en essayant d\u2019enlever le moins de chair possible sans laisser de membrane blanche. Ajoutez les deux tranches de citron, salez, couvrez et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les poireaux s\u2019attendrissent. Ajoutez le coulis de tomate et une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre et enfournez pour un petit quart d\u2019heure \u00e0 feu doux. Et voil\u00e0 ! Un plat qui rime parfaitement aux journ\u00e9es froides d\u2019hiver et qui s\u2019accompagne \u00e0 merveille d\u2019une belle escalope en friture, ou encore d\u2019une grillade et m\u00eame de saucisses. Si vous aimez les olives, vous pouvez ajouter dans la casserole une dizaines d\u2019olives noires, pas trop sal\u00e9s et les laissez mijoter au four. Elles donnent un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s bon aux poireaux.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Et puisque moi j\u2019adore les poireaux et puisque l\u2019hiver on en trouve partout, je vous prie de noter aussi une recette <strong>de tarte aux poireaux<\/strong>. Pour cela il vous faut 1 poireau, 2 \u0153ufs, 50g de farine, 1\/4 litre de lait, 50g de lardons, beurre pour le moule et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9. Et maintenant, les pas \u00e0 suivre : lavez le poireaux et coupez en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Faites les revenir dans un peu de beurre \u00e0 la po\u00eale jusqu\u00e0 ce quils soient transparents ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine avec les oeufs et le lait. Beurrez le moule. Parsemez le fond de lardons, ajoutez les poireaux puis versez la pr\u00e9paration farine+lait+oeufs. Parsemez ensuite de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 puis enfournez pendant environ 30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.
