Les Roumains sont avides de consommer des l\u00e9gumes frais, notamment en salade, mais ils ne refusent pas non plus une bonne soupe chaude si le temps est plut\u00f4t morose.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>En cette p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, toute m\u00e8re de famille qui se respecte n\u2019oublie pas de pr\u00e9parer une v\u00e9ritable bombe aux vitamines : le potage aigre \u00e0 la laitue. Tout comme le printemps, il combine la fra\u00eecheur des l\u00e9gumes de saison aux ingr\u00e9dients riches en graisses, comme les \u0153ufs, les lardons et la cr\u00e8me aigre.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer ce potage pr\u00e9voyez deux laitues, un gros oignon, deux ou trois oignons verts, 200 grammes de lardons fum\u00e9s ou m\u00eame une saucisse fum\u00e9e, 200 ml de cr\u00e8me aigre ou du yaourt, une carotte, un c\u00e9leri-rave et un demi-panais, deux gousses d\u2019ail, trois \u0153ufs, du persil, de l\u2019aneth et de la liv\u00e8che.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Coupez la carotte, l\u2019oignon, les oignons verts, le c\u00e9leri-rave et le panais en brunoise et sautez-les dans un peu d\u2019huile directement dans la casserole \u00e0 soupe. Ajoutez-y aussi les lardons fum\u00e9s ou la saucisse. Si vous souhaitez r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de graisses, vous pouvez utiliser \u00e9galement de la viande de poulet ou de dinde \u00e9galement fum\u00e9e. Ajoutez les feuilles de laitue coup\u00e9es en morceaux plut\u00f4t grands et remplissez la casserole d\u2019eau. Faites bouillir \u00e0 feu moyen pendant une demi-heure.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Entre temps, prenez les trois \u0153ufs et une petite cuill\u00e8re de farine et pr\u00e9parez une omelette simple dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive. Coupez-la en morceaux d\u2019environ deux centim\u00e8tres et mettez-les dans la soupe avant de couper le feu. Finalement, mettez dans un bol quelques louches de soupe et attendez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que sa temp\u00e9rature diminue un peu. Dans ce bol ajoutez la cr\u00e8me aigre ou le yaourt et les gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es tout en remuant \u00e9nergiquement. Finalement ajoutez le contenu de ce bol &#8211; que les cuisiniers roumains appellent \u00ab liaison \u00bb -dans le potage. Ajoutez finalement deux ou trois cuiller\u00e9es de vinaigre et un m\u00e9lange d\u2019aneth, de persil et de liv\u00e8che finement hach\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Sachez aussi que vous pouvez enrichir ce potage en utilisant des feuilles d\u2019arroche des jardins ou les \u00e9pinards du Fran\u00e7ais comme on les appelle en Roumanie, ainsi que des feuilles d\u2019oseille. Histoire d\u2019y mettre davantage de vitamines.
