Pour la farce vous avez le choix entre un m\u00e9lange de viande et de riz, et la variante v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne \u00e0 base de riz, de raisins secs et de noix.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Aujourdhui je vous propose la variante \u00e0 la viande, qui est la plus r\u00e9pandue en Roumanie. Il vous faut donc un kilo, un kilo et demi de viande de b\u0153uf ou de porc hach\u00e9e, deux gros oignons, 150 grammes de riz, 500 grammes de coulis de tomates, un verre de vin blanc. Prenez les poivrions et retirez le c\u0153ur et les p\u00e9pins, que vous devez ensuite jeter. Faites de m\u00eame avec deux des tomates, avec les courgettes et les aubergines, mais gardez ce que vous retirez parce quil vous servira plus tard pour la sauce. Pour la farce, m\u00e9langez riz \u00e0 la viande et aux oignons coup\u00e9s en brunoise. Salez et poivrez et ajoutez \u00e9galement du thym. Si vous voulez, vous pouvez  aussi passer ces ingr\u00e9dients dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive dans un peu dhuile pour amplifier les saveurs\u2026et la quantit\u00e9 de graisses. Mettez la farce \u00e0 lint\u00e9rieur des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 laide dune cuill\u00e8re et rangez-les dans une casserole. La derni\u00e8re tomate, coupez l\u00e0 en une sorte de couvercles cens\u00e9s renfermer la farce \u00e0 lint\u00e9rieur de chaque l\u00e9gume.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, coupez en brunoise le dernier oignon et lint\u00e9rieur des l\u00e9gumes, puis mettez-les dans une petite casserole avec un peu dhuile. Faites sauter pendant quelques minutes, puis ajoutez le coulis de tomates et un peu de paprika, de sel et de poivre. Ajoutez la sauce sur les l\u00e9gumes et recouvrez deau avant de mettre \u00e0 feu doux. Laisser bouillir pendant une heure, tout en faisant attention \u00e0 ne pas laisser la sauce s\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Une heure apr\u00e8s, ajoutez le verre de vin blanc et fourrez \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature moyenne, 180 degr\u00e9s environ, pendant une demi heure, m\u00eame 45 minutes. Les l\u00e9gumes farcies il faut les servir recouvertes de persil frais finement hach\u00e9 et de cr\u00e8me aigre et accompagn\u00e9es dune salade de choux \u00e0 laneth. C\u00f4t\u00e9 vin, vous pouvez choisir un demi-sec blanc du genre Feteasca alba que les Roumains coupent avec de leau min\u00e9rale gazeuse. Une association tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e en \u00e9t\u00e9 !
